I half agree with you there, I used to take any comfortable option I could get, even if it inconvenienced others- for example, being driven to college rather than taking public transport. But now I challenge myself to take the options that are NOT comfortable, and become stronger

I do agree with life being hard you just have to plod on and muddle through but there are a fair few people who do agree with you! For some people though that do have issues such as Anxiety, the best thing for them to do is to force themselves to go out or face the fear, I did that and it helped a great deal, as opposed to finding any way possible to avoid being in a situation the Anxiety could be triggered.
