Corrie should also convince Jean Alexander to return to the street, but not as Hilda Ogden but her original role as a landlady named Mrs. Webb.

And Malcolm Hebden should play his original role: the Spaniard Carlos. Carlos returns to the street and gets together with Rita, causing Norris to get jealous.
Would definitely like to see Carlos return, there is unfinished business there and still a story to be told.

I also would like the troublesome Neil Grimshaw to return, played by Michael Le Vell. He is revealed to be Eileen's brother and starts an illicit affair with Sally.

I watched a bit of the first Cold Feet and I absolutely hated it.

Took me a long time to be able to appreciate any of the stars in anything else afterwards.

I think I'm just contrary, I always seem to dislike things a lot of people love. Like *ahem* Carla Connor. Don't hate me.

I'm the same as you, never managed to get into Cold Feet at all. I don't really know why but I think it was a bit too, how can I put this, obvious?

I think Mrs Fanshaw as landlady of the Rovers is a brilliant idea! She could arrive a widow with a large inheritance and rejuvenate the place, bringing some more class and running a tight ship with a new line up of bar staff.

She only wears a red silk dressing gown.

She only employs attractive men and auditions each potential member of bar staff personally while also putting them through an excruciating 'boot camp' style process.

That sounds like Benidorm or a 'comedy' interlude in Hollyoaks. :O

Pokes head nervously round thread door frame!!

Guys it honestly wasn't me who started the rumour about leaving DS just so that you would all say nice things about me!!

First I knew was when I started getting PM's!!

Thanks though!!

I think Soap-Lea's been having a joke with you!!

As for the answer to your question

Drum rolll

A marathon session with Mrs Fanshawe would definitely be preferrable to Martin Fowler!

A marathon session with Maria would be more preferrable than just about anything on
earth, if only my surname began with F!!!
Though the energy required would probably kill me but what a way to go!!

After all that though sorry to be boring, I meant Main Forum!!

Edit!! DS seems to have gone a bit mental on me trying to post this right!!

Don't give them ideas Zeus.

Roxie will be found dead with the letters AB scrawled next to her in her own blood.

Two years later it will be revealed she cut herself on a sharp nail file and was practising her alphabet while she bled to death.

She would have gotten C but was only dying for 7 hours.

This could happen, sound's like an Alex Lamb story
Only thing missing is that in someway the blood manages to get to a male character's house, where they will get charged with Murder, and everyone will turn on them, even though they have known them for years.

Zeus, can I make a request that part 2 is just called "Through The Night (Part 2)" as It's less wordy and sounds better imo And remember capital letters for the first letter of each word for me & Danny!

She isn't, probably not that stupid, possibly Chesney levels of thickness but any sight of a man with a pulse gets her all confused. Is he my sisters boyfriend? My best friends husband, she just can't work it out.

Not sure if the same things happens with men without a pulse but she is barred from the Cokers funeral home.

It changes but atm Ordinary Lies. I know It was on last year, but I've just finished watching all six eps in the last few weeks and I thought It was brilliant, one of the best contemporary dramas (If not the best) I have ever seen. What about you?

Hannibal is a US show so maybe no one but me knows what it is, my favourite recent UK show is River, a cop drama, with a twist from BBC1.

We don't say cancelled Callum, we say on a break. To be fair the producer and cast want it back but can't do it until 2018.
