Get a quote to see how much it will cost to fix.

Thank crunchie it was this week and not next!

Hope you are ok
I'm fine, lucky really that I was stationery at the time, the girl looked off her face, I think it would have been far worse if I was moving and she smacked me. It's just the car she needs to make an apology to.

You can thank our influence for that
You actually can

Ooh very nice! Assignments aren't easy so it's great that you've got them down well done
Thank you! It's hard keeping on top of them as we get so many but it's nice to hear they are some of the best out of the whole groups

Definitely, it can be really encouraging to hear that. It was like that for me last year, in fact I'm surprised that I got through them and still got good grades as I had that stupid depression at the time

you said people at college were pissing you off, is that right?

Hopefully this year will be better for you then and you can focus on your studies a bit more. I was the same really, around this time last year I was pretty bad but currently seem to be better, and looking forward to Christmas as well.

Yeah, I don't know if you saw my long post on the previous page but that was what it was about.

Glad you know what I mean!

Me and a few others have been planning an event for next week when the Christmas Lights switch on in town, and it's all been left down to me to do today and I've been completing forms and ensuring we get a stall and thinking of what to sell and have as raffle prizes etc. Luckily the charity we're fundraising for helped a lot but it's so annoying when you're supposed to do group work and it's more or less all left down to you. Feel like telling the other two to not bother coming.
I would actually have a hissy fit and make my feelings known

I stupidly volunteered to arrange our works Xmas party back in august when I had loads of time on my hands. I swear to god it has been more stressful than my actual Job. But free food, wine and beer

Oh no somehow I missed it! I agree it's very annoying when people let you down on group work Good on you for working hard to bring it together though. It's a good thing that the charity is helping.

I hope that both of us will continue to do well this year. I definitely feel I can focus on my studies a lot more now, because it taught me how to manage my time better, and I'm still developing those skills which will hopefully come in handy for uni!

I am so tempted to but these people are my friends but it's annoying how they don't seem bothered about it. The event itself counts as placement hours but it may as well be as successful as it can be.

But free alcohol

It is isn't it? I know you were saying a month or so ago about group work as well but thankfully the charity is getting involved a lot (they're local to this area though rather than a national charity) and they've said they will help out as much as they can. The other person in the group (who left college) said she will come and help if it's allowed by the tutors, but when she was part of the group she also felt annoyed too.

She was a hard worker like you then? In that case it would be helpful if they do let her assist you. Yes, I find when working with school-age kids e.g. 16 it's a bit harder because they tend to behave in the same way as they would have at school. Now the it's more an issue with these kids disrupting our lessons and being rude to teachers. Such a shame, but thankfully they are starting to put their foot down

She was, she had lots of family trouble so ended up leaving to focus on them. Hopefully she will be helping out, but I feel like telling the others to not bother. At least your college are starting to do something about it now, it must have been so bad having idiots disrupt your learning.

Yeah, I mean it's conflicting because I consider them my mates, and I like to have a laugh too but in college you have to focus and get to learning.

Honestly if the others are not doing anything, you should just dismiss them because what's the point? They're not contributing.
