I would agree with the comment about True Blue, however I'm just more familiar with it than Ray of Light- what song from the latter would you recommend?
The Ray Of Light album has plenty of good songs on my faves are-

The Power Of Goodbye
Ray Of Light
Candy Perfume Girl
Frozen
Skin
To Have Not To Hold

The only two I'm not fond of are Nothing Really Matters and Shanti/Ashtanghi

Listen to the album as much as you can it's her best work imo!

Also listening a lot at the moment to Tom Waits, Rumer, Sade and Dusty Springfield.

And this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ga_6Roia4I0

Rumer has an album out now which is a cover of lots of Bacharach & David songs which I can't wait to get.

Geri was my favourite

You tell them Retro!

Aah yes, the days when Danny displayed his wide and extensive knowledge of music limited to the outer reaches of about 2015
I've always liked Mel C best!

Yeah I remember Danny not knowing any of Madonna's songs, bless him!

Glad it's not just me whose anxiety comes into exercising! I'm finding it difficult to find somewhere I feel comfortable exercising, even the park isn't an option!

Yes we have proper food in our canteen! But the only way I get it eat it is when other people buy it for me
I get what you mean. It's a shame as exercise actually helps you feel better yet you can't do it

Lucky you that you actually have edible food 99% of it isn't even fit for dogs.

Now that's an unpleasant image
Just be thankful it's not you when you're 38

Definitely not her type then. I can introduce her to Crackhead Steve?
He sounds better than her current man.

Would now be a bad time to admit that up until about 2011/2012 I thought Madonna was a kebab (I got confused between Beyoncé and Madonna!!) I'm not stupid, I just lack Common Sense

Lol! I know what you mean, I call those who stare at their phones while walking and not looking where they're going the 'phone faffers' they do my head in!

I usually wait until they come towards me clearly not looking in front and I pretend I haven't seen them and bump them as I go past, they usually go 'look where you're walking you daft old biddy' so I usually retort 'why don't YOU look where YOU'RE going?!

Yes I do remember our Madonna discussion that was much fun and yes THE Pet Shop Boys, how could I forget the all important 'the'?
I have logged in just purely cos of the whole pet shop boys thing

Basically in the context of your sentence to write "some The pet shop boys" would not be proper english unless you are calling them "The Pet Shop Boys" . In the context of Gleekys sentence it was right for her to use the word the in the sentence but it wasnt being used to call the band "the pet shop boys" as your sentence would have had you added the the.
I am logging back out again

Happy Birthday for tomorrow danny will you get day release?

Even if I was posting I have a busy day and am off out late afternoon and so wouldnt be around anyway.

P.s I didnt kniw about you health issues and my comment was a joke as its the only way I know they can keep you in hosp. I know you weren't offended but still
