You're the bigger person?

I can recommend Slimming World if you would like to be smaller.

It worked for me I've lost nearly three Stone!
Hi Retro,

You have misunderstood what I was trying to say, when I said "I'll be the bigger person" it was nothing to do with weight at all. It may not be a national saying but in Scotland if somebody is insulted by somebody and the person insulted either ignores it or does a kind turn for the person who insulted them they are said to have been "the bigger person". That being said I congratulate you on your weight loss.

Thanks

Yes thanks, I'm not stupid. Didn't want to say it in case they didn't actually say it down in Yorkshire (where I believe RMF lives).

Wait, would it be 'up in Yorkshire'?

Good thanks. It's nice to finally solve my internet woes although I imagine it'll be broken again tomorrow.

Busy week this week. Always is in the run up to Christmas.

Watched the Tennant and Smith eras switched off for Capaldi.

Moffat ruined it for me, stories became way too complicated. And Capaldi is not drawing me in, it doesn't feel exciting.

But I'll watch the Christmas special to see if I should bother with the news series next year.

Next series if Moffatt's last anyway. I love Capaldi

One of my friends went to chernobyl a few yrs back the pics were eerie

I will be watching the apprentice maybe bakeoff tho think it clashes with ED so maybe not.

Maybe live at the apollo depending who is on.

Gonna have to buy a tv mag this week so I can highlight

No. There's like a row of shops round the corner - a library, community centre, medical centre, pharmacy, newsagents, Indian, fish and chip shop, Supermarket (Farmfoods), bike shop, a Nisa, a bookies, a café, an opticians, two hairdressers, a charity shop, a pound shop, a Greggs, an estate agents, a Chinese takeaway, a barbers and tattoo shop, a post office and some other one I've never been in.
