At least CS and EE producers are trying to improve their's, I feel like ED's is dragging it down.
That's true, it seems that Kate Oates and Sean O'Connor are doing great jobs at improving the two soaps and making them great again. It's funny because since Iain McLeod left Hollyoaks it's improved a hell of a lot.

It does seem to have a bit of that 'Corrie humour' about it, but is more gritty like EE. At least to me, a new watcher, anyway.

I liked ROTS but agree that the CGI was TERRIBLE! The look like a bloody cartoon.

I hate the SNP though, so you can have them Although, a lot of their policies are good. I just wish he had a British-wide equivalent.

I think we need to chuck them all out and start again, tbh.

Maria was in the front of the queue Although neither fared well in the brains department
I think the humour isn't as clever as Corrie, it's too farcical..

I love George Lucas for creating the thing but hate him for those sorry excuses for films.

Obviously I don't know what living under the SNP is like, but from the outside they seem fresh and new.

The independece issue would be a slight obstacle though.

A DS revolution!

You and NDD.

Honestly. Why do I say these things?

Corrie is pretty farcical as well so that's saying something

I think the prequel trilogy honestly could've been one film: a Vader prequel. We didn't need three, subpar films. You can tell that they had just discovered CGI at the time because they went absolutely overboard with it.

I think if there was a British-wide version of the SNP, a lot of Scots would respond well to it. I think the massive support for the SNP has had more to do with frustrations at the traditional parties, rather than being anti-English.

Then again, I'm half English and pro-union so probably not the best Scot to ask

Tbh, the independence and then Brexit referendum has completely put me off politics now. I used to be quite interested in it, but now I'm just fed up of hearing people give nothing but lip service from all sides. They don't care about us, they care about their own careers.

He has such a curious perspective but, also, unfortunately, is complete socially illiterate.

True.

There's videos on youtube of the behind the scenes of the prequels. Lucas is like a dictator and crazy on CHI. They literally filmed all the scenes on grey platforms, the lava scene is running a grey circle.

If there was another independence referendum do you think they would win? A lot of their projections were based on the price of oil which has plummeted.

I know what you mean, I used to watch Question Time every week but the same stuff is repeated constantly. There's no inspiration anymore.

I think I've saw that. Didn't Lucas admit later on that he'd overdone it? I think all movies directors/producers have learned in the last 10 years or so that CGI works best in conjunction with "real" sets, rather than solely one or the other.

I've no idea, to be honest. I'll you ever seem to hear from is the crazed, Braveheart wannabes, so it's hard to get a measured opinion from the majority of Scots. I think the extra devolution powers will settle the issue for a while. If I was English, I would be asking when the f*ck this promised English devolution is coming.

Same, never used to miss it, now it just depresses me and gets me wound up. Especially now that nearly every week as an SNP nutter on the panel

I agree, real sets and real effects are definitely coming back into fashion.

Agree, England needs a national assembly. It's crazy having all that power for one part of the UK in the HoP, but barely any power for the others. There was talk of it being in Brum which I'd be up for.

Talk of Trump and Brexit depresses me too much

I know, hopefully the new one will be good
But not too many gifs and memes as that will put me off DS.

Totally, you need actually surfaces/tangible objects that can help you differentiate the green-screen background etc.

The only problem is, will one national assembly not just act like another HoC? Personally I think county/regional assembly would be better.

Oh god, at least we're not American

I think it's well on its way to that if they would just cut out the stupid storylines like the Maria nonsense and Mary tracking down her long lost son.
I am liking those storylines

I think it kind of fits, bethany keeps going after blokes she cant have, she is vulnerable and so is an easy target for this bloke

Mine too, actually. Thought I like Empire a lot too.

Exactly. Everything in this country is about London, London, London. Wales won't even see any of the high-speed rail. It's ridiculous. If they're going to spend all that money, it should be used for the benefit of the most amount of people.
Yeah people not sheep
