Excellent! They could play it over a week filled with late night specials, so we can see events progress from a different perspective each night.
And different angles?

We've been talking about Dramas and stuff like that. It's just a general thread for anything
Ok so I can slag of someone who if ITV really wanted to refresh the format of their female orientated show would have gently moved her on?

That's a relief! 😁

It would be easier to cancel the show than refresh it

I'm sure you'll be welcome to Pluto. A few months ago on a Hollyoaks Daily Thread I mentioned Judy Finnegan & the menopause!

Ok then!
Do you think the soap awards will reinstate the sexiest category awards and stop being so holier than thou about only judging people on the quality of their acting?! 😘
Interestingly didn't its removal coincide with the departure of gazillion time Sexiest Female winning Michelle Keegan?

The Sexiest awards were the best - who actually watches for the acting and storylines??

Whilst they are reshuffling awards, they may as well rename Best Actress category the 'the Lacey Turner Award'.

Yes and I think it was a bit chicken of them and a mistake.

I actually found the male award more interesting once Scott Maslen had left because it was more unpredictable and I expect the same would have happened with the female category.

It was the Fizz and froth in the bubbly -in other words essential to the experience! 😁

Such a relief!

I do feel this show is really dated and ITV need to be brave enough to totally drop it

Wouldn't people cry for equality?
Saying they need the show

Ah, but ITV love a dated format. If they got rid of every show in their schedules that's past its sell-by date then we'd have to endure 'ITV night screen' for 85% of the day ... :

It lost it's way a long time ago!

On another note has anyone been the cinema in the past week?
Saw Star Trek beyond on Saturday and Chris Pine was beautiful and perfectly cast as Captain Kirk 💜

More often than not the show is an insult to women's intelligence!

Good point!

ITV will never be the powerhouse it once was ever again in my opinion! That ship has sailed and their appetite for playing safe over creative risky innovation has helped to stifle them.

Nothing wrong in being a big kid! Disney Animation Zootropolis a few months ago was brilliant and loved by me
