Another series I absolutely loved for one series was Heroes, which suffered exactly the same problem!!

Little quiz for you!
Can any of you name five Corrie actors who appeared in Life on Mars?? (All now former)”

That's reminded me Keeley Hawes was brilliant in the BBC adaptation of Macbeth set in a restaurant 8/9 or so years ago, I remember watching it at school! Did anyone see that?

Hi NDD

What is Life on Mars about (I'm guessing people on Mars but I mean the storyline?)

I'm meant to be going to sleep but I can NEVER resist a Corrie quiz ...

Marshall Lancaster (Slug in Corrie, Chris in LOM)
Joanne Froggatt (Zoe Tattersall in Corrie, Sam's mum in LOM)
Katherine Kelly (Becky in Corrie, the avon woman in LOM)

Can't think of the other two ...

EDIT: was Georgia Taylor in it? Can't think of the character but I can vaguely remember her being a bit tarty? Maybe she was the Avon girl and Kat Kelly was someone else ...?

For us it was Macbeth and something else for the controlled assessment and Of Mice & Men & Animal Farm for the lit exam.

I did Macbeth and Romeo and Juliet.

We watched the Leonardo Di Caprio film of ROJ and everyone in my class was a bit freaked out that 13 year olds were having sex.

(It was also a bit of a shit film IMO )

Yes the Leonardo DI Caprio film was funny, they tried to make it modern. But the thing was they had a gun with the word "Sword" write on it.

Ooh you've got another one!!
Completely forgot Marshall Lancaster was in Corrie!!

You are right about Georgia Taylor, also Ian Puleston Davies (Owen) & an early appearance (albeit very brief as a murdered young girl) by Georgia May Foote I believe!!

I've forgotten what parts GT, KK & IPD played in Life on Mars to be honest!!

Yeah but they didn't translate from Old to New English so they were talking gibberish the entire film.

Nah I don't do sport. I got told off by a friend for not watching the Euros.

It may be bad but I really wanted England to go out quickly - less reason for people to try to force me to watch / care that way
