Mixed views on tonight's Corrie

The Platts delivered as they have been doing consistently recently and I liked the conversation between Gail and Billy with Gail talking about her fears about David. I'm warming to Todd and Billy's relationship as well and I liked their scenes tonight.

The Michelle/Steve baby drama dragged the episode down as I didn't care about it and don't find Michelle or Liz particularly likeable especially at the moment. Why was Steve looking to Dev for advice.
Dev was forcing it onto Steve

It felt quite odd because although I think they used to have quite a few scenes together they don't interact much these days

dev kept mentioning being old golf buddies.

Corrie should keep up with these friendships once they are formed

I enjoyed both Emmerdale and Corrie tonight. The focus on the Whites is brilliant at the moment, but I can't say I'm too bothered about Carly and Marlon. I can see they would make a good couple, but they just don't really excite me.

Corrie had some really enjoyable scenes tonight - my favourites being the scenes with Billy and Todd, and Billy with the Platts talking about Kylie's funeral.

I haven't seen Hollyoaks in ages! But I did love the show back in the Warren/Clare days! Is it worth getting back into it?

There was a time when they actually fell out as Dev and Sunita discovered Becky had stolen from the corner shop on the night of the tram crash.

It depends what you like, I guess. The storylines are very OTT and can be unrealistic and extreme, but it makes it a bit more exciting, and there's a lot of characters getting topless (not always a bad thing, TBF, as most of the cast are hot). It's also very fast-paced, and I personally watch it because it's quite exciting and good for escapism.

I recently (a few months ago) started watching ED again having not watched for about 8 or 9 years or so, I used to like Andy Sugden but since I started watching again cannot stand him, yet I am the opposite way round with Cain, he's developed into a brilliant character.

Strange I am usually consistent with my like and dislikes but because there is such a gap in my viewing, I'm not sure whether it is due to changes in the characters over the period or changes in my own way of thinking.

Anyway I enjoyed tonight, wonder how randy Andy will get out of this one?

They did have that big falling out when Becky robbed Dev's till after the tram crash to pay Kylie for Max!! It would have been even worse had she not been the one to raise the alarm about Sunita being trapped under the rubble!!
Not sure whether they ever really came back from that but it doesn't actually seem that far back that they had that riveting storyline when they both wanted to join the golf club but there was only one place available or something!!

Going back to Sunita why on earth didn't they kill her off then??
That way we would have been spared the dreadful scenes of her being Karl's 'temptress!!' & all the ensuing crap that went with it , including one of Corrie's most unconvincing catfights with her & Stella!!

Had forgotten all of the stuff with Becky and the Tram Crash theft Have Steve and Dev had any meaningful interaction since then?

I agree about Sunita, I still liked here at the time of the tram crash but the affair with Karl was awful and one of the worst affair plots I can remember (still eclipsed by Kat/Derek on Eastenders though!)

Yeah i'd say Hollyoaks is worth another try. It's been quite good recently and the new trailer seems that it's just drama not fires etc which is a good sign.

I've stopped watching Home and Away recently (I think the last time I watched regularly was when Charlotte was killed off, the season finale). Is it worth watching again? It's not that I don't like it, it's just that it's a bit time-consuming and can be a bit boring. I'm also not interested in a lot of the characters that were at the forefront last time I watched, but I like the look of the Morgans? What's your opinion on the show currently?
