Why did Ryan run up to Jason
Angelique_Dorma

When he was doing his victory walk, just a few seconds before the programme finished? I thought he hated Jason. Was it a desperate attempt for more air time, or did he really have an egg. Well done to Jason for winning!

I don't like him, but it wouldn't be fair to rule out that he had calmed down and reassessed his opinion, especially after seeing how magnanimous Hughie was in defeat - maybe he also respected how Jason was with Hughie even after Hughie's rant at him.

On the other hand, he might just be a total a**e licker.

....... because Hughie did. Hughie ran up and congratulated Jason, Ryan followed but stopped short of any physical contact, but instead gave one of those "out of the corner of the eye" sheepish looks. Probably wondering if Jason was going to rip him a new hole.

Ryan helped Jason to win and Hughie to lose.

Wouldn't it be lovely if it was that but I'm afraid I can't see Ryan reassessing anything bar where the camera is.

I may be judging him harshly but I noticed he always seemed to position himself in a good place for the camera - running to grab Hughie, beside Rylan toward the end of BOTS, and that there with Jason.

I think he's no dozer when it comes to getting himself in slap bang the middle of sh*t. Bet he was a nightmare child.

He's going to be new Katona on the bots panel - overacting, constantly 'on', gurning and talking over people.

He'll grow up one day I'm sure.

It was to ask him if he could borrow a few quid for a life times supply of spray tan goop.

Ryan was clinging on to Hughies spotlight for dear life! Him flaunting that tattoo at every opportunity was absolutely cringe. He won't stop selling this 'dream romance' in the media, It's faith etc about him trying out for BB 8 years and meeting Hughie. It's sad so very very sad to watch this unfold.

You called it, air time. The desperation is nauseating.

I am surprised by that considering he was so convinced Jason was going to punch him

If you watch it again, he followed Hughie. Hughie ran to Jason and Ryan follewed.

To offer to be his dog walker since he is now in desperate need of employment.

So desperate that boy.

He was just latching onto Hughie. It was Hughie's moment, not his.

And why did he run up to Jason? Because he knew the camera would be on him. And Hughie congratulated Jason, so Ryan followed to get his face on the screen.

This is what I was going to say. If you actually look at Ryan's face he isn't looking at Jason or smiling etc. He just trotted along after Hughie.

He wanted to get his mug on telly one last time. Pity the show ended the second he ran forward.

I think he went to thank him for showing him how to wear a suit with no socks. Lol.

Hope he's not going to start copying him like Sam said he had with him when he entered the house.

For sure

When Hughie came out and started running around, Ryan was shown briefly ... he was beckoning Hughie with his arms outstretched, saying "Come over 'ere quick"

He wanted IN on Hughie's moment

Then later, on Bots, when bewitched started their number, all the housemates were stood up in a line, dancing. Ryan was roughly in the middle ... but not for long

He quickly worked his way up the line, ostensibly to allow him to 'kiss' Hughie, then a little jig with Lateysha ... finding himself miraculously next to Rylan in time to put an arm around him and do the Irish dancing together

This boy sweats desperation
