But there's been an element of that you could attribute to many winners over the years.
Sam Evans who IMO brought absolutely nothing to the house - did he win just to stop Dexter winning? Was it the sympathy vote because of his deafness? Just one example out of many.
Did Rachel Rice win just as an anti vote to spite Rex? Same with Ashleigh v's Helen?
I thought he brought plenty to the house. least of all bringing it to it's knee's and socking it to those self entitled little oiks. He was always fair, calm (except when pushed to the very limit in the last week). He conducted himself with grace and dignity even when he was repeatedly pushed by his fellow HM's and BB alike. I found that admirable and a trait I look for in a winner.
He may not have brought wot some viewers look for in a winner, but he brought plenty that others do.
