Yessss! - I can't believe this has only been mentioned once. Not only the best bit of the series - but the best rant ever in Big Brother!!

Despite all of this, I ditched it just before Georgina's eviction and on hearing the early series finale reveal. A paltry 50 day duration, Annihilation Week (I don't care how good it supposedly was) & Eviction Massacre destroyed it for me. Rushing the housemates out after installing far too many, and ballsing up the twist spectacularly was still no excuse to hack off a substantial part of the series

She's clearly under strict instructions from Channel 5! She's nothing but a puppet reading an autocue with Rylan doing exactly the same! They have staunchly defended the show ever since they were paired up to present it, fiercely disagreeing with and never hesitant in "correcting" the fans. They are also quick to brush off viewer opinion whether it be valid, negative or otherwise to keep the producers happy and the their pockets full. They won't have a bad word said against the show, always have a pathetic explanation/excuse at the ready, even though they probably agree with certain comments!

I'm guessing that the costly house extension, together with Emma's recuperation following the birth of her third child lead to the series being cut short. The fact that it's because the Olympics are taking place this year amongst other sporting events, or whatever lame reason they want us to believe is clearly bull****!

I mean, why make us wait all that time to receive ANY information relating to the series, hype it up ridiculously (but forget to promote it) never mind tell us a start date (eventually) - when it was only going to be seven weeks long? . All pretty pointless if you ask me, not to mention a huge, huge let down. And to advertise, promote, release TWO eye logo's, begin airing teaser trails BEFORE the final of BB17 has even taken place is taking the proverbial!

The message that C5 couldn't give a stuff about civilian BB and would prefer to bury it in favour of CBB couldn't be clearer this year. They may have achieved greater success with CBB, but with umpteen series already behind them and a line-up which may as well include the barrel-scraper, it's safe to say that CBB isn't long for the TV graveyard either.

I really liked the closing scene for the final HL show with the housemates in the "bumper cars" driving to the final, "Hughie, where you off to? "I'm going to the final", "Oh you going my way, going to the final?" ending in Ev saying something about saving money on a black cab
