Ryan's best chance of regular work is as a body-double/stand-in for Declan Donnelly.

Jason can give him some pointers on that.

Alex could eventually be the manager of that Tesco's branch he's been working part-time for the last two months

Jayne - already has her own business so she's raised her profile on that, plus mag deals etc and likeable enough to maintain slots on bbots in future series.
Evelyn - as she's an Aussie I don't know really, maybe modelling/reality to depends where she stays as a base. Wouldn't be surprised to see her in I'm a celebrity.
Andy - strongly believe his career as a reporter might well take off now.
Jackson / Georgina - mag deals and modelling not much else bbots slots.
Hughie - not sure Irish tv maybe, reality to and mag deals/bbots slots
Jason - he already has a business I think? So the fame and the cash injection will help there. I predict "journey with Charlie" mag deals as well.
As for the rest - lateysha - more reality tv
Chelsea - already rich probs happy to go back to obscurity and maybe a few bbots
Ryan - may ride out a bit of z-list mag deals on the back of Hughie. Otherwise obscurity.
Alex - modelling only
Sam - Manchester scene almost famous and bbots

Alex is moving to a little village in Wales called Mumbles to be near Latesha

Charlie is appearing in a pop video for some unknown bands cover of "She's a maniac"

Hughie is going to pop into a tree store to upgrade his phone

Jayne- Don't see anything happening with her, back to normal life I think.

Evelyn- possibility of her appearing on some Australian reality shows, or some modelling.

Andy- I think participating in Big Brother, along with his highly publicized resignation from his previous employers, will limit his chances of being successful in journalism. Back to normal life with a normal job I think.

Jackson- definitely modelling and some other reality TV shows. Big Brother will have been great publicity for his modelling career.

Hughie- possibly some Irish reality TV, and is the perfect sort angry knee-jerk shouty motormouth they love on BOTS, so I'm sure he'll be making a number of appearances on there in the future!

Jason- as he was the winner there will inevitably be magazine and newspaper interviews and some BOTS appearances, but I don't really think he'll sustain a career in showbusiness. Back to normal life I think but I reckon he might end up doing some charity events with celebrities as well as turning on Christmas lights and being the guest at "Grand Openings" of shopping centres and stuff, that sort of thing.

Lateysha- definitely more reality TV. She will be making appearances on many of the reality shows no doubt. Also another gobby motormouth who is perfect for BOTS, so I imagine she will get quite a few gigs on there.

Chelsea- back to normal life.

Ryan- will no doubt be on another reality show in the future as he has done quite a fee of them but that will be about it for him.

Alex- definitely modelling.

Sam- back to normal life. Too boring for BOTS.

Funny, easy going, doesn't moan, isn't catty and not even full of herself even though she's one of the most beautiful reality girls I have seen.

Lateysha will be on BBBOTS a lot, Rylan seems to love her. And maybe do I'm a Celebrity?

Hughie is such a character, I hope it works out for him. He said it would be stupid to turn down offers. And might live in London. He just needs to stay away from Ryan.

Jackson's my favourite it his modelling was in the past maybe a clothes range well see neitherGeorgina has a lovely face very natural. Everyone commented how pretty close up she looked on the panel on Rylnan's show. It wold have to e face not clothes not sure if close enough to find to get more than exposure.Shes based in America usually where she's better known.
Alex has already done presenting not sure who way he'll go his after party snog with Evelyn may have burnt has bridges.
Evelyn really not sure just wrong type of figure for modelling need to be taller .She's very petite. hopefully won't have to go back to hostessing at a night club.
Jayne I fancy she is a clever woman.Been a real beauty in the past so done all that.I think she'll be the one to watch .
Hughie he's a youth worker so more hands on than people realise so something will come out of this for him for definite.
He he keeps Ryan out of any part of work that comes his way.Dont care about their private lives!
Going back to Jason .He did look stunned but has also said he likes to win so maybe he has some plans he's not disclosed yet.
