PLEASE NOTE: Some stuff may be similar to the real HOLLYOAKS, and episodes may be quite short but this will change over time.
Week 14: Mon 31 March 2014 - Fri 4 April 2014 Monday March 31 2014 At the hospital, baby Katy's health is seriously beginning to decline. Finn's suspicions grow regarding Sinead, but part of him is still convince that Sinead would not and could not harm her own daughter. However, Diane is adamant that Sinead is guilty, and begins to attempt to convince everyone that Diane is right. Sinead is horrified when Tony, Finn and Freddie begin to turn against her. Ste begins to grow intent on getting revenge on Fraser. Spotting Fraser pulling up outside of The Loft, Ste tampers with the breaks on Fraser's car. However, Fraser heads out into outer Chester. Meanwhile, Sinead is rushing to the hospital, having received a phonecall from Freddie. She is rushing through outer Chester when Fraser's car pulls out of nowhere, and the breaks fail, causing Fraser's car to collide with Sinead and send Sinead's toppling over, whilst Fraser's crashes through a fence. Ziggy flirts with Leela, and the pair end up kissing. However, it is cut short when Leela realises she is late for work. She heads off for work, but is annoyed to find the lane is closed due to roadworks. Leela takes a shortcut, pulling out of the village and heading down one of the roads just outside of Chester. However, she is met with a scene of devastation when she finds herself staring at the aftermath of Fraser and Sinead's crash! Tom confides in Peri when he overhears Darren and Nancy arguing. Tom admits that he's worried the couple are going to break-up, and Peri insists he shouldn't worry. However, Tom later witnesses Darren walking out of The Dog after an argument with Nancy - is it over for 'Dancy'? Tuesday April 1 2014 Leela rushes over to Sinead's car, and attempts to help her, however Sinead has a massive cut on her head. Leela attempts to remove the door, however notices Fraser's car has caught fire. She rushes over to Fraser's car and finds him unconscious inside, with the door jammed. Sinead's car then begins to smoke, and Leela realises there is a possibility she can only save one of them - leaving her to make an impossible choice! Tegan notices that Peri is enjoying Tom's company, and questions Peri on it. Peri admits that she likes Tom 'a little bit', and Tegan tells her it is cute. Peri and Tom then spend the day studying together in the hospital. Also, Darren and Nancy's arguing grows tedious, and the couple make the decision that it may be better if they split - for good! Dodger notices that Darren is cut up about it, and Dodger suggests to Darren that he, Dodger and Dennis go out to help cheer Darren up. Darren reluctantly agrees, and the friends head to The Loft. Darren notices a girl, Ellie Turner, whom he takes a shine too. After spending the night dancing and drinking, Darren kisses Ellie, however she pushes him back and heads to the bathroom. After half an hour in the bathroom, Darren enters to check on her - and is shocked to find her and Dodger having sex in a cubicle! Also, Dennis notices Blessing, and tries to impress her. Leela proceeds to help Sinead from the wreckage, and Leela helps her out just as the car explodes, throwing Leela and Sinead backwards. Fraser begins to come-to, and panics. He attempts to open his door, but is is jammed. As the fire grows bigger, Fraser kicks the door open and tries to jump out - but his foot is stuck in his seatbelt! Fraser, panicking, tries to free himself, and Leela rushes over to help - but it is too late, and the car goes up in flames, just as Fraser jumps out of the car! The ambulance arrives, and Sinead, Fraser and Leela are taken to hospital. Lindsey pleads with Sinead to get checked out, but Sinead says that she needs to get to Katy. Eventually Sinead gives in, and after getting checked over, she rushes to Katy's room - only to find a tearful Freddie, Finn, Tony and Diane staring at Katy's cot. Freddie pulls Sinead into a hug, before revealing that Katy has passed away - but as Sinead breaks down in tears, Diane watches: will she finally believe Sinead did not harm Katy? RIP Katy O'Connor, born 22 May 2013, deceased 1 April 2014 First appearance of Ellie Turner (Lacey Turner) Wednesday April 2 2014 In the aftermath of baby Katy's death, Sinead struggles to cope. She turns to Diane and Tony for comfort, however she is shocked to find they have turned against her. After struggling to convince Diane that she never harmed Katy and with Freddie taking Diane's side, Sinead turns to Ste for help. Ste comforts Sinead, however a high Ste accidentally says the wrong thing, and Sinead storms out - and straight into the bed of Ziggy! After an altercation in the village which results in Patrick taking Holly's phone, Holly breaks into Patrick's flat to retrieve it. She is forced to hide in the bathroom when she hears Patrick and Maxine entering. Holly listens as the couple argue, resulting in Patrick hitting Maxine! Holly is shocked by her discovery... Dodger and Ellie wake up next to each other on the boat, and Ellie makes her excuses to leave before rushing off. Darren is livid with Dodger, and tells him that their friendship is over. Dodger questions what he has done, and Darren says that Dodger knew Darren liked Ellie. Dodger apologises, but Darren tells him to leave it. Grace learns the truth about her father's accident, and breaks down. Trevor comforts her, but Grace finds comfort elsewhere - in the arms of Patrick! After sleeping with Patrick, a guilty Grace heads home, to find Trevor waiting for her with a romantic meal. Grace tells Trevor she doesn't want his stupid meal or soppy attempts at romance - she just wants her Dad! Blessing and Dennis continue to flirt, and after spending the day in The Dog, Dennis kisses her - however Blessing slaps him before rushing out! Thursday April 3 2014 Holly questions Maxine on what she saw, and Maxine tells Holly to leave it. Later in Patrick's office, Holly tells Patrick she knows what has been going on. Patrick threatens her, calling her a stupid little girl and telling her if she tells anybody then something bad will happen. Holly says it isn't right and she is going to tell the Police, however Patrick throws her to the ground. Holly cowers on the ground, and Patrick tells her that she needs to be careful, as he has more power than she thinks... Sinead is shocked to wake up next to Ziggy, and leaves. Ziggy tries to follow her, but she escapes. Later, Ziggy sees Sinead in The Dog, and asks how she is. Sinead lashes out, just as Diane and Tony enter. An argument ensues, resulting in Diane slapping Sinead and telling her she was a terrible mother anyway! Sinead is then shocked to find Grace blames her for trying to kill Fraser, and - realising everybody hates her, - Sinead decides it is best if she departs Hollyoaks... Darren is angry to find Ellie in the pub, and questions her on the other night at The Loft. Ellie reveals she is sorry if she lead him on, but she doesn't think of him like that. Darren insists it is fine, however is is clear he is upset. Peri decides she is wasting her life, and - convinced her brain tumour is going to kill her, - Peri packs a bag and tells Tom she is leaving Hollyoaks: and he can either come with her or let her go alone. Tom says he will go with her, however when he packs his bag, Tom alerts Jack, who tells Sam. Tom distracts Peri at the folly, and the pair kiss - as Jack, Danny and Sam arrive to take Peri home. Peri lashes out at Tom for grassing her up, telling him she never wants to see him again, however she collapses again, and Sam rushes her to hospital. Tom is left heartbroken. Meanwhile, Dennis is reeling following Blessing's outburst, and questions her. She apologises, but it is clear that something is bothering her. Friday April 4 2014 Holly tells Cindy that she doesn't feel well, and asks for the day off school. Cindy is convinced Holly is lying and is just trying to wag, unaware that Holly is terrified of Patrick. After being forced to go to school, Holly decides to not go in. She spends her time sat in the folly drinking a bottle of wine she stole from Cindy's storeroom at Price Slice. Mercedes finds Holly sitting in the folly, and Mercedes insists that drinking is not the answer - but Holly says that if drinking isn't the answer, she doesn't know what is! The Roscoe's struggle on what would've been Joe's 30th birthday. With Lindsey still cut up about Joe eloping, the pressure mounts on Freddie, who knows the truth: Joe is dead! However, a confrontation in the street between Grace and Freddie leads to Grace revealing a shocking secret to Freddie - Joe Roscoe is in fact alive, and in a coma in a hospital in Blackpool. Believing her to be bluffing, Freddie ignores Grace - until Grace shows Freddie a photo for evidence! Ellie and Dodger meet up again at The Hutch, however Dodger is forced to choose between Ellie and his best friend when Darren enters. He chooses to spend time with Ellie eventually, causing Darren to storm out, and Dodger and Ellie to spend the day on a 'date'. After the 'date', they head back to The Boathouse, where they have sex. Ste manages to convince Sinead to stay in Hollyoaks, but Sinead is clearly distraught over the death of her daughter. |

The brothers are angry, whilst Lindsey is distraught, having fallen in love with Freddie in the past four months. Sandy visits her son (who the nurses managed to save) in his hospital room, and Joe's finger twitches - but is it just a reflex, or is he waking up? Sienna juggles with whether or not to tell Patrick, whilst Diane prepares for Katy's funeral. Thursday April 10 2014 It is the day of baby Katy's funeral, and Ste is disgusted to discover that Sinead does not know about it! Ste reveals the funeral to a distraught Sinead, whose mental state is already deteriorating. After contemplating jumping from the hospital roof, Sinead breaks down, and Ste saves her from suicide. Ste then supports Sinead to the funeral, where Sinead is shunned and a fight ensues between Diane and Sinead - until Sonny arrives with the postmortem, and reveals Katy died of an undiagnosed heart disease! Diane attempts to apologise, however Sinead blames her for ruining her little girl's funeral - before kicking her out. Later, Sinead says an emotional goodbye to her daughter by her grave... Sandy is distraught when the doctor's reveal they believe Joe's finger twitch was just a reflex, and Sandy is forced to make the decision to turn the life support machine off the next day. Her family are annoyed with her decision, but Lindsey helps convince them it is for the best... Ellie and Dodger go on a date to College Coffee, where they run into newcomer Luke Miller. Week 16: Mon 14 April 2014 - Fri 18 April 2014
Monday April 14 2014 Sinead is shocked when a guilty Ste is arrested for Fraser's attempted murder as the Police have found CCTV footage of Ste tampering with Fraser's brakes. Sinead is distraught, blaming Ste for stopping her getting to her baby in time! The Roscoe's are amazed that Joe is awake and alive, apart from Lindsey, who has clearly fallen out of love with Joe. Sandy chastises Freddie for not telling Sandy sooner, before thanking him. Holly tells Maxine the truth about what Patrick did to her. Maxine confronts Patrick, and receives a beating - which Sienna walks in on! Sienna screams at her Dad, revealing that Maxine is pregnant... Ste is released on bail following an interview with Sam Lomax. Ste realises that time is running out for him. Grace plans her revenge on Ste for attempting to kill her father, however when Trevor discovers her murderous plans, will he stop them? Tuesday April 15 2014 Patrick questions Maxine about her pregnancy, and Maxine lies, claiming that Sienna was lying. Maxine chases Sienna, and the pair argue, with Sienna apologising, before asking why Maxine is so against Patrick knowing that he's about to be a father again. Maxine claims that she just wanted to wait until the time was right, but it's clear there is something else. Sienna then questions Patrick on what happened the day before, and Patrick claims that they had gotten into a fight, and Maxine hit him and tried to kill him - which Sienna believes! Grace puts her plan into action, and attempts to kill Ste by driving full-speed towards him and Sinead as the pair argue. Ste dodges the car and Grace looses control, ploughing towards Sinead. Trevor pushes Sinead out of the way, and is hit by the car. He flies over the bonnet, and lands in a heap on the ground, and Grace's car crashes into the wall of The Loft. Grace is arrested, whilst Trevor is taken to hospital. After being checked over, Trevor is left to recover in his hospital bed, and Sinead enters to thank him. Trevor says it is alright, and Sinead smiles. Lindsey phones Mercedes, and reveals that she does not think she loves Joe anymore. Mercedes says that Lindsey needs to be there for Joe, and Lindsey says she knows, but how can she pretend to love him when she doesn't? Mercedes asks if there's someone else, and Lindsey reveals there is - she thinks she's in love with Freddie... Meanwhile, Finn visits John Paul in prison, and begins to tease him. John Paul ends up losing his cool, and goes for Finn, causing Prison Guards to have to refrain him. Also, Joe makes progress, and Dodger asks Ellie for a more serious relationship. Wednesday April 16 2014 Holly is still struggling following Patrick threatening her. Holly eventually decides to confide in Maxine, and reveals everything. Maxine is disgusted with Patrick, and promises to kill him. A fight ensues in Patrick's office, which results in Patrick pinning Maxine down. However, Patrick is hit over the head with an ornament - by Holly! Nancy walks in and witnesses it all, and the trio panic over what to do. Eventually, they decide to call an ambulance and claim that Patrick was attempting to kill Maxine and they knocked the desk, causing the ornament to fall onto Patrick's head. They do this, but Patrick falls into a coma. Luke makes another appearance at The Hutch, and introduces himself to Tony and Darren as DC Luke Miller. Darren and Luke strike up an instant friendship, but Luke is called into the station. Luke is left to interview Grace about yesterday's events. However, as Grace is released from the station, she is unaware that Sinead is in Trevor's hospital room, and the pair are growing closer. After Sinead spends the day talking to Trevor, she prepares to leave - but the pair share a quick kiss before she goes! Blessing and Dennis' blossoming friendship takes a turn for the worst when a man turns up and drags Blessing into an alleyway. The man tells Blessing that he knows her secret, but Dennis appears and pulls the man off of her. The man tells Blessing that he'll be back, and Dennis takes Blessing back to the boat, where he asks who he was. Blessing claims she does not know. The Roscoe's are pleased when Joe manages to walk, and the nurses claim that Joe should be home within the next week. Sandy is over the moon, but Ziggy notices that Lindsey does not look pleased. Ziggy confronts Lindsey, who confirms that she doesn't think she loves Joe anymore. Ziggy faces a decision on whether or not to tell his family and risk setting Joe back. Dodger is hurting following Ellie refusing his proposal of a more serious relationship. After speaking to Dirk, Dodger begins to wonder whether or not Ellie was worth ruining his friendship with Darren over. Thursday April 17 2014 Ellie decides to end her fling with Dodger, and heads to The Dog to drown her sorrows. Darren - realising that Dodger/Ellie are over - begins to flirt with Ellie, and the pair kiss before heading upstairs. Later, Dodger visits Darren to ask to rekindle their friendship, unaware that Ellie is in Darren's bedroom. Darren accepts, and Dodger suggests they go to The Loft later that evening. Darren says he can't as he is busy, and Dodger suggests they go the next day, to which Darren accepts. Darren goes back into his bedroom, and spends the day in bed with Ellie. Ziggy pulls Sandy to one side and reveals to her that Lindsey no longer loves Joe. Sandy gives Lindsey some home truths, before ordering that if she doesn't love Joe she should just leave. Lindsey faces a heartbreaking decision, but decides it'd be best if she allowed Joe to move on with his life. After saying goodbye to a distraught Joe, Lindsey heads back to Hollyoaks. Grace visits Trevor and apologises to him, but Trevor does not want to hear it. Angry, he orders that she heads back to the flat and collects her stuff as, when he gets out of hospital, he doesn't want her there. Distraught, Grace visits Fraser's hospital room and breaks down in his arms. Fraser vows revenge on Trevor, but Grace tells him to leave it - she caused this. Trevor attempts to contact Sinead, but she ignores his calls. Trevor discharges himself from hospital, and heads off to find Sinead. He finds her at baby Katys grave, where she is sat, in tears. Maxine wills Patrick to wake up, whilst Holly continues to feel guilty for Patrick's critical condition. Nancy convinces her to calm down, before claiming that everything will be alright - it was self-defence. Holly says that it may have been alright IF they hadn't have lied to the ambulance and claimed that the ornament fell. Nancy insists everything will be alright, but it is obvious even SHE is doubtful... Friday April 18 2014 It is Good Friday, and Lindsey has spent the night on the McQueen's sofa. Mercedes wakes her up with a coffee, before suggesting they go to College Coffee and begin to look at flats for her. Lindsey thanks her, but says she doesn't want a flat in Chester as she plans to leave. Mercedes attempts to convince her to stay, but Lindsey tells her she's already made her mind up. Still worried about Holly, Dirk suffers to realise that something is up with Cindy. However, when they see her in the village, Lindsey and Mercedes notices and ask what is wrong. Cindy reveals that she can't stop thinking about Browning. Lindsey convinces her to just forget about it, but Cindy asks how she can when she knows that they killed a man. Lindsey claims that THEY didn't kill him - it was Mercedes that did that. Mercedes scoffs, and an argument ensues, which ends in Mercedes walking off. Fraser is released from hospital, and he allows Grace to move into the Roscoes'. Sandy and Freddie arrive home from London to collect some stuff for Joe, and are shocked to see Grace there. Freddie, knowing that Grace attempted to kill Joe, lashes out and threatens to kick Grace out himself if she doesn't leave, however Fraser emerges from the kitchen and says that he said Grace could stay here for a bit as Trevor dumped her. Freddie remarks that Trevor's finally seen sense, and Grace replies with "No, he's just started seeing your tart of a wife!". This angers Freddie, although he and Sinead are estranged. Freddie storms round to Sinead's, and bursts in on Sinead dying her hair. Freddie asks what she is doing, and Sinead claims that it is time for a 'new Sinead'. Freddie then questions her on Trevor, and she claims that Trevor saved her from being killed by Grace - and that is it! Darren and Dodger head out to The Loft, with Dodger unaware that Darren has recently slept with Ellie. The best friends enjoy themselves, until Darren accidentally mentions his night of passion with Ellie. Dodger sees red and storms out to confront Ellie, whom apologises. Dodger asks why she did it, and Ellie claims that it was a mistake. |

Week 17: Mon 21 April 2014 - Fri 25 April 2014
Monday April 21 2014 Lindsey and Cindy realise that they haven't heard from Mercedes at all since Friday, and begin to panic that she's about to reveal all about Browning! When Lindsey receives a card signed from Dr. Browning, she is terrified by a knock at the McQueen's front door. It turns out to be Cindy, who also has an identical card. The girls come to the conclusion that it must be Mercedes, and attempt to track her down. After talking to the bank, it is confirmed that Mercedes has used her credit card in Brighton. Cindy and Lindsey race to Brighton, but struggle to know where to start looking for Mercedes! Trevor goes to the Student House to speak to Sinead and see how she is holding up. Sinead confirms that she's still heartbroken over Katy's death, but it is a huge relief that everybody knows she's innocent. Ste comes home, and collapses in the doorway after suffering an overdose. Trevor calls an ambulance, whilst Sinead tends to Ste. Joe manages to walk around the hospital ward, and the Nurse confirms that by Wednesday he should be ready to go. The Roscoe's are over the moon, but Joe is still hurting over Lindsey. Ziggy, Robbie and Jason prepare to head back to Hollyoaks whilst Sandy and Freddie stay with Joe. Upon returning, Jason learns from Dirk that Holly is still being extremely distant. Jason attempts to talk to her, and Holly admits she's done something bad - but Jason instantly jumps to the conclusion she's having an affair, and storms out. Carmel and Sonny have a romantic day-in, but it is ruined when Nana is forced to dump both Kathleen-Angel AND Matthew on them. Tuesday April 22 2014 After spending the night searching before checking into a hotel, Cindy and Lindsey find Mercedes in a flat by the beach. They confront her, and ask her why she's been sending them cards from Browning. Mercedes says she hasn't, and before she left Hollyoaks she received one too. Lindsey fails to believe her until Mercedes producers an identical card. The three girls ponder who it could be, before deciding it must be Freddie. However, Cindy notices that Mercedes got a fully-decorated flat very quickly, and wonders how - until a familiar face emerges from the kitchen: Michaela McQueen - and she's pregnant! Jason is still not talking to Holly, and heads to College Coffee, where he sees Robbie and Phoebe. Robbie goes to the bathroom, and Jason confides in Phoebe before attempting to kiss her! Phoebe slaps him before storming out, and Robbie questions what happened. Jason claims that Phoebe had to go. Robbie and Jason then chat about Holly, and Jason reveals everything. Robbie goes to talk to Holly, and is shocked by her distant behaviour. After a while, Holly breaks down in Robbie's arms. Ste wakes up in hospital and Sinead explains what has happened. Louis confirms this to be true, before claiming that Michaela did go a bit far thought. Carmel asks what he means, and Louis lists all of the injuries. Michaela sheepishly remarks that they shouldn't have planned to hurt her then, before claiming that she can't go to prison with her baby, and wants help to "escape - the McQueen way" by fleeing the country. Ellie is confused when her ex-boyfriend Connor Johnson arrives in Hollyoaks. Connor claims that Esther contacted him, and Ellie is angry. Later, Ellie has lots of pain in her lower abdomen, and collapses. Connor and Dodger find her on the ground, and she is rushed to hospital. Connor suggests Dodger go, but Dodger is adamant he wants to stay and make sure his friend is OK. Ellie has an emergency scan, and gets to see her growing baby for the first time. Dodger is shocked to discover she is pregnant, whilst Connor is overwhelmed, believing that the child is definitely his. Later, Ellie is discharged from hospital after it appears to just be a mild case of food poisoning. Dodger confronts Ellie, and asks who the father is - and Ellie reveals it's either him, Darren or Connor! Sam visits John Paul in prison and confronts him, before calling him a dirty liar. Trevor then returns, grabs his phone and heads home. Sinead heads round to Trevor's flat, and the pair talk before sharing a passionate kiss. As Trevor takes her upstairs and reaches into his bedside table for a condom, he is confused to find cocaine, and manages to slip it under the bed and out of site - has Grace accidentally helped form a new couple? First appearance of Connor Johnson (Danny Dyer) Tuesday April 29 2014 Grace is annoyed to learn her plan back-fired the night before, and attempts to think up more ways to ensure the couple do not get together. She confides in Fraser, who agrees to help her scheme, however Sandy catches them, and orders them to just leave Trevor alone. However, Grace is intent on having Trevor for herself. Trevor and Sinead wake up in bed next to each other, and Trevor admits that he really likes Sinead. The pair share a kiss before Sinead makes her excuses to leave. After she goes, Trevor slips the bag of cocaine into his pocket and heads downstairs to throw it in the bin. However, Sinead returns, having forgotten her phone, and sees Trevor throwing the cocaine away. Sinead is disgusted. Nana, Louis and Carmel attempt to help Michaela see sense, however Mercedes is convinced that Michaela fleeing to Alicante may be a good way for her to move on. Louis pleads with Michaela to just go back to court, but Michaela is adamant that, after sleeping on the issue, she wants to go. Mercedes books her a flight for later that night, and the sister's head off to the airport, against Nana, Carmel and Louis' wishes. However, after saying a heartfelt goodbye to Michaela, Mercedes realises that running away is not the right option. However, Ellie is convinced that the baby is Connor's. Dodger is left jealous when Connor announces that he and Ellie have decided to give their relationship another go. Later, Connor and Ellie go to The Dog, and the atmosphere between them is frosty. Darren leads Ellie into the pub toilets, and the pair argue, but end up kissing. Ellie pushes Darren away, claiming that they can't keep doing this, but Darren wills Ellie to break up with Connor. Ellie is torn, and decides it'd be best if she departed the village. After promising she'd break up with Connor, she called a taxi and left the village, leaving Dodger, Darren and Connor to watch on, heartbroken. Nancy visits a fragile Maxine in prison, and asks how she is. Maxine reveals she's not great, but it's "better this way". Nancy admits that she doesn't think this is right, however Maxine convinces her to do what she has to - Holly is only seventeen, and has her whole life ahead of her. Nancy is forced to agree. Carmel is shocked when Sonny begins to show violent behaviour. Louis notices this, and asks Carmel if she is OK. Carmel says she is, however Louis walks in on Sonny screaming at Carmel. He begins to unload his van, and is shocked to discover a young girl in the van. The girl introduces herself as Nico. Dodger asks if she is OK, and Nico claims she is homeless and has nowhere to stay. Dodger takes her to The Hutch and buys her some food, before slipping into the toilets, where he calls the Police. The Police arrive, and Nico screams at Dodger for betraying her, and Dodger instantly feels guilty. Following the thought of losing his child and girlfriend, Connor falls into a depression, and finds comfort in drugs. Darren catches him using cannabis, and orders him to stop, however Connor does not listen. Realising that his 'friend' needs help, Darren attempts to contact Ellie, but she rejects his calls. Darren confronts Dodger, and the pair agree that they need to find Ellie... Joe is able to laugh it off, but Jason texts the number that Mia gave him, apologising. Mia texts back that she'd like to do it again one day soon, and Jason is happy. Joe notices he is happy, and asks what has happened, but Jason says it is nothing. With Lindsey, Cindy and Mercedes still on edge following the Browning birthday card fiasco, Nana worries about her granddaughter's behaviour. Later, Mercedes receives a parcel, which comes with a letter. She opens the envelope, and a picture falls out, of Mercedes looking around the other day. Written on the picture in what looks like blood are the words 'I KNOW WHAT YOU DID'. Mercedes is terrified, and cautiously opens the parcel - before dropping it and screaming as a heart rolls out. Patrick is released from hospital, and Sienna vows to bring their family back together, no matter what it takes. Patrick worries that Sienna is not well enough, having not long been released from a mental hospital. Sienna claims she is fine. Darren and Dodger plead with Ellie, and she admits she will think about it. Dodger proceeds to tell Ellie that she can't stay squatting in a flat as it is bad for the baby, but Ellie says it is only for a few days, until she leaves. Dodger asks where she would go, and Ellie admits she was playing on moving to New Zealand. Still hopeful that the baby could be his, Dodger attempts to change her mind and get her to come home. Eventually, Ellie decides she'll return to Hollyoaks. Finn visits John Paul in prison again, and after some more verbal abuse and teasing, he leaves. Finn brags about it to Robbie, who orders that Finn stops as it is wrong. Finn claims he does not care, and Robbie says that if Finn carries on, he'll tell the Police the truth - he'll tell the Police that Finn raped John Paul. Darren, Ellie and Dodger return back to the Village, and Connor is over the moon. He promises to look after Ellie and the baby, and proposes. Ellie claims she doesn't want to marry him yet as she wants to focus on the baby, but is she just making excuses? Dodger reveals everything about Ellie, and Sienna is furious. She later sees Ellie and Connor walking through the village, and storms over to her, before accusing her of messing about with her brother and ruining his life. Week 20: Mon 5 May - Fri 9 May 2014 NOTE: All of this week's episodes are set on Friday 2 May 2014... Monday May 5 2014 Diane attempts to convince Finn to put the gun down, but Finn claims that it's too late, and he's sorry. Sonny exits from the toilets and asks what is going on. Finn points the gun at him and tells him not to move, or he'll shoot. Sonny raises his hands, before trying to convince him to put the gun down. Finn says he won't put the gun down. Fraser and Grace are passing, on their way to The Dog, when they hear shouting from the pub. Fraser tells Grace to call the Police, whilst Fraser heads inside. Finn points the gun at Fraser and orders him to sit in the corner of the pub, before ordering everybody else to do the same. As a majority of the trapped villagers huddle together in the corner, some of them don't. Finn begins to grow angry, and says he's going to shoot if they don't. Dodger pleads with Finn to let Ellie go, as she's pregnant, and it's not good for the baby, but Finn says he doesn't care. Outside, Grace is on the phone to the Police, who are sending help. In the bathroom, Louis is still unconscious, unaware of what is going on outside. Sinead tells Finn that this isn't going to help anybody, and Finn lashes out, claiming he doesn't care. Joe rushes at Finn, and a tussle follows, with Sonny, Freddie and Darren joining in. Finn screams at them to let go, and he pushes Sonny away before accidentally pulling the trigger on the gun. There is several loud screams followed by gasps - as Diane drops to the floor, covered in blood. Tuesday May 6 2014 Finn is in shock, having shot his own pub. A panicking Sinead and Tony tend to Diane as Sonny pleads with Finn to just let them go. Frankie manages to slip upstairs to alert the Police, but cannot find her phone. As Frankie searches for her mobile, Finn claims that one wrong move and he'll kill them all. Police sirens can be heard from outside, and Finn begins to panic. Luke steps out of a squad car, and rushes over to Grace, before asking what has happened. Grace explains everything as armed police officers position themselves outside. Luke speaks through a megaphone, claiming that it's all over, and that Finn should come out with his hands up. Finn allows Tony to take Diane outside, and Tony carries her out, with the squad almost firing until Luke orders them not to. Grace rushes over to Diane and takes off her scarf before pushing it against Diane's wound, whilst Tony runs to flag down Paramedics. Diane is taken to hospital, but Tony stays to help at the pub. Back inside the pub, Finn realises it is all over. Vincent runs at him from behind and tackles him to the ground, but Finn shoots. Jack gasps as the bullet hits a box of fireworks, which begin to sizzle. Dirk screams for everybody to run, and several residents race to the door, but an explosion rips through the pub, sending everybody flying back. Rubble flies everywhere, barricading the door. Every single villager is littered in rubble, whilst upstairs, Frankie is still searching for her mobile. She hears the commotion downstairs before an explosion tears through the floor, sending her flying through the air and into a wall. Inside the toilets, Louis wakes up in time for the wall to be blown apart, sending him flying out of the cubicle and landing on a heap on the floor, the roof above him threatening to cave in... Outside, Luke, Grace and Tony are thrown back by a massive explosion, with Grace hitting her head off of a railing, Luke landing in a heap on the ground and Tony flying into the water. Back inside the pub, Nana is the forced to awaken. As she coughs and splutters, she calls out for help, but there is no reply. Nana manages to clear the rubble off of her, but can't stand up properly as her legs are numb. Nana begins to cry as she screams for help. Outside, Luke comes to, and pushes himself to his feet, as do several other of the armed policemen. Luke speaks into his radio, and requests several ambulances and fire engines. Luke attempts to wake Grace up, but she is unresponsive. Back inside, Nana notices that Nancy, who is lying next to her, is covered in blood. Nana desperately tries to wake Nancy, but it is no good. In the bathroom's, Louis awakens, and coughs as dust settles. Coughing and spluttering, he manages to roll onto his stomach and is about to stand up when he hears a creaking. He looks up to see the roof about to cave in. Panicking, Louis jumps up and rushes out of the bathroom as the roof collapses - but he is unaware that he has just stepped over somebody's body. Louis stumbles into the pub, and is shocked to see the devastation in front of him. Louis notices Darren standing up, and the pair begin to search for people. Darren finds Tom, who is pretty much unharmed as he had taken shelter under the bar. Darren leads Tom over to the doorway, but it has been covered by rubble. Darren helps Tom over to the window, and Darren grabs a chair and smashes the window. Luke watches as Darren clears away the glass before helping Tom climb out. Luke grabs Tom, and helps him outside before asking if he is alright. A paramedic rushes over to him and begins to check him over as Darren returns to helping people. Louis begins to panic as the flames begin to grow, and it becomes evident the pub is not safe. Upstairs, Frankie is lying unconscious in a heap on the floor, covered in rubble and with blood trickling down her forehead. There is a massive hole in the floor of the living room, with the actual roof of the pub threatening to give way. Louis helps Nana up, and says that she needs to get out. Louis and Darren both help Nana over to the window, where Luke helps her out. Nana thanks Luke before falling unconscious, and Luke calls for a paramedic as he carries Nana bridal-style over to the ambulance. Luke watches as Tony, Grace, Tom and Nana are taken to hospital in an ambulance. Back inside, Danny is now awake, as is Dirk, Phoebe, Holly and Dodger. Dirk is desperately searching for Cindy, whilst Phoebe begins to look for the McQueen's. Holly helps Dirk search for Cindy, before asking where Hilton is. Holly is relieved when Dirk confirms they left Hilton with the babysitter. Holly, Dirk and a newly-awake Jack manage to lift the rubble off of Cindy, and they leave Holly holding Cindy whilst Dodger, Dirk, Jack, Darren and Louis working on moving the rubble from the doorway. After successfully moving the rubble, they carry Cindy outside, and she is put into an ambulance along with Holly, however Dodger, Dirk, Darren, Jack and Louis head back inside. Ziggy wakes up, coughing and spluttering, and helps a lifeless Tegan outside. Ziggy prepares to head back inside for Leela, but Luke refrains him as he notices Ziggy has a wheezy cough and a gash to the head. Ziggy is forced to be checked over by paramedics, whilst Luke prepares to head into the building. Dodger continues to search for Ellie, worried about the baby. Connor wakes up and also begins searching for Ellie. The pair come across Mercedes, who is awake but slightly dazed, and Mercedes manages to stumble to the doorway, however collapses into Luke's arms as he enters. Mercedes is rushed to hospital, where Lindsey is struggling, as a majority of the hospital's nurses (who are supposed to have just started their shift) are caught up in the explosion. That is, until Kim Butterfield - Lindsey's little sister - makes an unannounced appearance, unaware of the tragedy that has struck. Kim rushes to speak with the ED consultant, and claims that she's a Nurse and can help. Kim is allowed to assist the nurses as they battle to save the lives of the villagers caught up in the explosion. Esther wakes up to find George crying. Esther asks why he's crying, before noticing that George is hovering over Vincent's body. Esther asks what happened, and George reveals that he can't find a pulse - he believes Vincent is dead. Esther and George watch in horror as Vincent remains unresponsive, before he receives a sudden burst of life. George believes Vincent is going to be fine, unaware that many dying people receive a sudden burst of life before they die. Vincent apologises for taking so long before deciding to be with George, and tells him he'll always love him. Phoebe watches as George holds Vincent in his arms as he takes his last breath. However, with Mercedes, Carmel, Sonny, Louis, John Paul, Nancy, Darren, Jack, Frankie, Esther, George, Dennis, Phoebe, Jason, Mia, Finn, Dirk, Dodger, Sienna, Patrick, Danny, Sam, Leela, Peri, Connor, Ellie, Trevor, Sandy, Joe, Freddie and Fraser still inside, who else will die? RIP Vincent Elegba (John Omole) (1991 - 2014) First appearance of Kim Butterfield (Daisy Wood-Davis) |

Thursday May 8 2014
The Lomaxes wake up, with Danny helping Sam and Peri to escape the pub. Danny heads back inside, despite Sam pleading for him to stay out. Mercedes and Carmel are both supporting each other as they attempt to escape, whilst Louis is desperately searching for John Paul. Esther tries to convince George to leave Vincent's body and get outside, but George says he wants to die, to be with Vincent. A tearful Phoebe and Esther manage to drag George out of the pub as he breaks down, screaming Vincent's name. Leela wakes up next to Sonny, who is unconscious. She notices that there is an unsafe part of roof dangling above them, ready to drop. Leela attempts to wake Sonny, but it is no use. Danny rushes in and grabs Leela, pulling her out. Leela screams at him to stop, telling him that they need to help Sonny, but Danny does not listen. As Danny pulls Leela out, Leela continues to scream, but she is taken into an ambulance. Trevor begins to come to, and notices Sinead is trapped under some rubble. Trevor attempts to awaken an unconscious Sinead, but she is unresponsive. Trevor asks Freddie for help, and the pair manage to free Sinead. However, Sinead suffers a fit, and Trevor rushes outside carrying Sinead. Dirk and Jack manage to free Dennis, whilst Connor, Louis, Darren and Dodger search for Ellie. Freddie pulls Nancy out of the pub, before rushing back in to find his own family. Having been checked over by Paramedics, Trevor and Ziggy rush inside, followed by Luke. Phoebe, Esther, Mercedes, Carmel, Sam, Peri and George watch in suspense as they pray for their loved ones' safety, whilst the hospital struggle to deal with Tegan, Grace, Tony, Nana, Diane, Cindy, Holly, Tom, Leela, Sinead and Nancy, on top of their usual patients. With the ED being pushed to the limit, Lindsey begins to suffer a mental breakdown. As everybody rushes around inside the pub, an unconscious Sonny is still barely visible, buried under the rubble. The fire begins to grow, and Sienna wakes up to find a bloody Joe lying on top of her, the pair of them surrounded by flames. Sienna screams, and Freddie rushes over to them, helping Sienna up before carrying Joe outside. Freddie plays Joe down on the floor, and kneels over him as he wills him to wake up. Sienna realises that Patrick and Dodger are still inside, and begins to scream out for them. Sienna refuses to let the paramedics check her over, and is about to rush back inside until another explosion hits, sending Sienna flying backwards. The villagers who are outside watching scream as fire flies out of the doorways and windows, with the front part of the pub collapsing, barricading Blessing, Mia, Ellie, Frankie, Jason, Sandy, Fraser, Patrick, Robbie, John Paul, Sonny, Finn, Dennis, Danny, Connor, Louis, Jack, Darren, Dodger, Dirk, Freddie, Trevor, Luke and Ziggy inside. Inside, following the explosion, there are loads of screams and shouts. Sonny's eyes opens, and he calls out for help as his vision is blurry and he is trapped. Louis finds him, and stares down at him as he makes a decision on whether to help him. Sonny pleads for Louis to help him, and Louis begins to dig away the rubble, but there is a loud creaking as the dangling part of ceiling threatens to drop onto Sonny and Louis. Louis looks up, before attempting to move the rubble quickly. Dennis awakens and sees this. Running towards Louis, he dives at him and pushes him out of the show as the rubble collapses, crushing Sonny to death and landing on Dennis' leg. Dennis cries out in pain as Louis falls, hitting his head off of a brick. RIP Sonny Valentine (Aaron Fontaine) (1986 - 2014) Friday May 9 2014 (1st Episode) A dust-covered Ziggy tends to an unconscious Louis, who has a big cut on his head after he hit it on a brick. Luke attempts to help Dennis, however his leg is trapped underneath the rubble. Robbie is staring at the pile of rubble, where Sonny laid just moments before. Sandy, who has recently woke up, attempts to move Robbie but he is traumatised after witnessing Sonny's death. Sandy eventually manages to convince Robbie to move, and she and Robbie begin to search for Jason. They find him, and pull him out of the rubble. Sandy, Ziggy and Robbie attempt to find a way out, to save Jason, Louis, and themselves, but can't find one. Jack shows them to the back door, and they manage to escape. Jack carries Blessing out of the back door, followed by Dirk with Mia and Freddie with Patrick. Freddie heads back in again, whilst Jack and Dirk are forced to wait outside. Danny attempts to help Luke with Dennis, and they eventually manage to free Dennis' leg. Luke carries Dennis outside, but the doorway crumbles and falling rubble blocks the backdoor as Luke escapes. Finn finally awakens, and calls out for help. He begins to cough and splutter as he inhales smoke, and notices that the ceiling is ready to give way. Connor, Darren, Trevor, Freddie and Dodger manage to find Ellie, and pull her out of the rubble. They take her upstairs to find a new way out, and unknowingly step over Frankie's body. The boys attempt to find a suitable window to smash, unaware that their movement on the floor above is causing it to creak wildly. Finn screams for help again, but the pub is empty, as Danny is checking the bathrooms for casualties. John Paul manages to free himself from rubble, and finds Finn. Finn tells John Paul to just leave him, and John Paul says he won't, as Finn doesn't deserve to die - death is too good for him. John Paul begins to drag Finn away, whilst Danny drags Fraser's battered and bruised body out from the bathroom - Fraser was the one who Louis accidentally stepped over. As John Paul and Danny attempt to drag Finn and Fraser to the doorway, the floor begins to creak more. Trevor, Connor, Darren, Freddie, Dodger and Ellie stop moving, worried that one more movement will send the floor toppling inwards. Danny attempts to clear some rubble, whilst John Paul realises that Fraser isn't breathing properly. John Paul checks his pulse, and reveals they need to get him out, or else he's going to die. Ellie begins to come around, and asks what has happened. Connor asks if she's alright, and Ellie reveals she's bleeding - she thinks she's losing the baby! Connor panics, and rushes over to his girlfriend, in order to support her. However, as he moves, the floor creaks and crumbles and the entire floor collapses, with rubble toppling down onto Finn, John Paul, Danny and Fraser. Connor, Darren, Trevor, Freddie, Dodger, Ellie and Frankie all fall through the floor, landing, scattered around the floor or on piles of rubble. A barely conscious Darren notices Frankie's hand sticking out of some rubble, before looking up and seeing that the roof is about to cave in. Trevor is lying on a heap on the floor, whilst Freddie is buried in rubble. Dodger on his stomach in some rubble, his arm protectively lying over Ellie, who is lying next to him in a pile of rubble. Dodger is bloody and battered. Connor is also lying in a heap on the ground, whilst Frankie is buried under some rubble. Outside, the villagers watch as the front walls cave in, leaving the interior - which is just the rubble piled up on the ground floor - exposed. Jack gasps as he realises that Frankie is still inside. The villagers rush over to the wreckage of the pub and attempts to clear the rubble. They manage to pull Trevor out, and he is rushed to hospital, unconscious. Connor and Darren are also pulled from the wreckage, both unconscious. The fire services take over, and manage to free Finn and John Paul from the wreckage, both of whom are breathing but unconscious. Sandy, Robbie and Ziggy watch with baited breath as Freddie is pulled out of the wreckage. As the family stare at his lifeless body, Sandy breaks down in tears - until Freddie begins to cough and splutter. He is rushed to hospital, with Sandy following in the ambulance, knowing that all of her boys are safe. The fire crew climb into the pub, and whilst some set about freeing Frankie, Ellie comes to, and notices Dodger is bleeding heavily. Ellie screams for help, and a Fireman hears them. He calls for help as paramedics rush in and carry Dodger and Ellie out, much to the relief of Dirk. Sam, Peri, Esther and Jack stand in horror as they wait for news on Fraser, Danny and Frankie. After around ten minutes, the firemen have managed to remove a lifeless Frankie. Jack goes with her in the ambulance as Esther promises to follow behind in a taxi. However, as the firemen attempt to free Fraser and Danny, Sam screams 'no!' as the roof begins to creak and give way. The firemen manage to escape in time, but the pub completely collapses, leaving nothing but a wreckage. Sam falls to the floor as the realisation that Danny is dead hits her... RIP Danny Lomax (Stephen Billington) (1969 - 2014) & Fraser Black (Jesse Birdsall) (1963 - 2014) Friday May 9 2014 (Episode 2) It is Saturday the 3rd of May 2014, 24 hours since the pub disaster, and Sam, Peri, Carmel, George, Phoebe and Esther watch tearfully as four body bags are removed from the wreckage of the pub - Danny, Sonny, Vincent and Fraser. Jack is sat in Frankie's hospital room, having sat there all night. She is in a coma, and has been all night. In another room in the hospital, Dirk is sat by Dodger's hospital bed as he is unresponsive. Ellie, dressed in a patient's gown, is stood outside, staring in at him with tears in her eyes. Connor kisses her from behind as he hugs her, rubbing Ellie's stomach and saying how lucky they are that the baby wasn't hurt. Ellie breaks down in Connor's arms. Sandy and Robbie are sat at Joe's bedside, whilst Ziggy is watching Lindsey treat Freddie, who has woken up since the night before. Ziggy squeezes Freddie's hand as Lindsey admits he's lucky to be alive. Apart from Frankie, Dodger, John Paul, Grace, Diane, Joe and Louis, everybody else involved in the explosion are awake. Nana has temporary loss of feeling in her legs, whilst Sinead has suffered from smoke inhalation. Tony has hypothermia. Grace has possible brain damage following her hit to the head, whilst Diane has undergone an operation, and the bullet has been successfully removed. Louis' injuries are so far unknown. Jack is hopeful when Lindsey enters Frankie's hospital room, but it isn't good news. Lindsey confirms that there is a good chance Frankie may never wake up, and if she does, she will have permanent scarring as she has suffered bad burns, specifically on her arms, legs, chest and left side of her face. Lindsey also reveals that she may not be able to feel the left side of her face as her nerves have been damaged by the flames. Jack is distraught, but Esther, Darren and Tom support him. The Police are guarding Finn's hospital room, and Tony manages to get past them, claiming that he is "sadly his step-father!". Tony bursts into the room and chastises Finn, calling him a dirty pervert, before lashing out at him for being stupid and almost killing his mother. Finn cries that he is sorry, but Tony claims that it's no good, and Tony hopes he rots in hell. Dennis is distraught when a nurse confirms that they believe him to be paralysed from the waist down. Blessing supports Dennis, but he pushes her away, forcing her to leave. Tegan and Leela are discharged from hospital, and head home, to find a distraught Sam sat on the sofa, crying. Leela asks where Peri is, and Sam says that she's upstairs. Tegan asks what's wrong, whilst Leela asks how Danny is. Sam tells them to sit down, and the girls do. Sam takes their hand, and tells them that after the explosion, Danny helped save a majority of the trapped villagers. Tegan begins to ramble about how much Danny loves to help people, but Leela tells her to shush, before telling Sam to carry on. Sam breaks down, and confirms that Danny was killed. As the three girls cry, Peri stands at the staircase, watching. Tegan then realises that they're going to have to break the news to Ste, whilst Sam says that they should wait until Ste has finished his rehab course, or else he may relapse. Leela says this isn't fair on him, but Sam says it's what they have to do, as Danny wouldn't have wanted him to be a druggie all of his life. George is distraught, and struggling to cope following Vincent's death. He locks himself in his room in the student house, and Phoebe attempts to get through to him, but it is no use. Inside his room, George turns to alcohol in a bid to cope... Dirk enters Dodger's hospital room, and screams for help as he begins to flatline. Nurses rush in and Dirk is pulled outside as they battle to save Dodger's life... Will Dodger survive? |

Week 21: Mon 12 May - Fri 16 May 2014
Monday May 12 2014 It's several days since the pub explosion. Finn is being discharged from hospital, and the Police are ready to take him to prison, where he is being charged with the rape of John Paul, the attempted rape of Nancy, the attempted murder of Diane, and the murder of Danny, Fraser, Vincent and Sonny. Diane is still unresponsive, however her surgery has been successful, with the bullet removed. Tony is sat by her beside, holding her hand, willing her to wake up. The Roscoe's rally around Joe's hospital bed as the Nurses attempt to wake him. It is successful, and Joe wakes up, but it is obvious he has lost all memory of the explosion. Lindsey says that it is lucky it is only as far back as the explosion that Joe has forgotten, as it could have been a lot further back. The Roscoe's are relieved to have their entire family safe, but Freddie is questioning why Sandy doesn't seem to be grieving for her husband, Fraser. Sandy later reveals that Fraser's caused too much trouble for the family, and he's better off dead. Freddie is shocked by Sandy's sudden out-of-character change of heart, but does not question it, as it is obvious he agrees. With no-one else left to support her, Trevor feels guilty, and believes that he has to support Grace, despite falling for Sinead. Sinead is hurt by this, but claims she understands - Trevor stills loves Grace. Trevor claims he doesn't, but she's got no-one left. Sinead is obviously hurt, and, with Ste in rehab, Finn in prison and Diane unresponsive and hating her, Sinead questions what is keeping her in the village. Having been managed to be saved by the Nurse's, Dodger is making progress. Dirk is over the moon when Dodger wakes up for the first time since the pub collapsed. Dodger instantly asks how Ellie is, and Dirk says she's fine. Dodger asks about the baby, and Dirk says that the baby is fine as well. Dodger is relieved, and Dodger asks if everybody is OK. Dirk tells him that Danny, Fraser, Vincent and Sonny passed away, and Dodger frowns, and obviously feels guilty for surviving. After Dirk leaves, Dodger breaks down. He manages to compose himself as Dirk enters, and the pair chat - but are shocked when Liberty rushes into the hospital. In her hospital room, Ellie is sat on the bed watching 'The Jeremy Kyle Show' when Connor enters and greets her with a kiss. After Connor expresses how glad he is that the baby's OK, he asks Ellie if there's anyway she can work out who the father is, and Ellie says she can't, as she slept with them all so close together. She says they'll have to wait until the baby is born and get a DNA test, and Connor says that's fine. Ellie breaks down in tears and apologises, claiming she feels like such a slut. Connor claims it is fine, and hugs her tightly. Return of Liberty Savage (Zara Holland) Departure of Finn O'Connor (Keith Rice), who will make a return later in the year for his trial. Tuesday May 13 2014 Dirk and Dodger are both pleasantly surprised by Liberty's surprise return, and Dirk questions why Liberty is here when she should be on-stage in Belgium. Liberty reveals that she ditched the concert and caught the first plane back once she heard about Dodger. Dodger insists she shouldn't have as he is fine, but Liberty claims that she was missing them anyway. The siblings catch up, and Dodger asks how her career is going, having not spoke about her properly since December. Liberty says that she's doing well, and her music is receiving a lot of attention - in fact, she's "kind of a small celebrity" now. Dodger is obviously pleased for his sister, and is surprised when a man in a suit enters the room and tells Liberty that her limo is waiting outside. Dirk is obviously overwhelmed by his daughter's success as Liberty thanks the man, before explaining that is her bodyguard. Louis wakes up, and the McQueen's are happy, until the Nurses reveal that there could be some brain damage as Louis hit his head quite hard against a brick. Louis seems fine, and is taken for another MRI, where it is revealed that he has no permanent injuries, much to the McQueens' joy. Kim reveals that they are keeping him in for about a week, but he should be back on his feet soon. Lindsey reveals to Mercedes that she's decided she's moving to Portugal, however Mercedes pleads with her to stay. Lindsey says she needs a fresh start, and Mercedes asks what about Kim. Mercedes manages to convince her to stay, before suggesting that they get a flat in the village. Mercedes and Lindsey then spend the day flat-hunting, and Kim returns to the McQueen's (where she has also been staying) and suggests that they split the rent three ways. Nancy takes Charlie to the park in order to get him away from the atmosphere at the hotel where the Osborne's are forced to be staying. Whilst at the park, Nancy leaves Charlie to play football, but he kicks the ball into a motorway. As Nancy plays Candy Crush on her phone, she looks up to see Charlie rushing into the middle of the busy road after the ball. Nancy screams Charlie's name as a van speeds towards him. Charlie is grabbed by a man, who swings him out of the way just as the van passes. Nancy rushes over to them and thanks the man, before telling Charlie off. She looks up to see the man is Justin Burton, Charlie's father... Return of Justin Burton (Chris Fountain) Wednesday May 14 2014 Leela continues to push Ziggy away as she hits the bottle in the wake of Danny's death. Tegan goes to the hospital, and talks to Grace, who is still unresponsive, and therefore currently unaware of Fraser's death. As Tegan talks to Grace, her eyes flash open, and Grace begins to panic. Tegan calls for Nurses, who reveal that Grace is awake. Grace is horrified to find she can't talk properly, and the nurses reveal to Tegan that she may have temporary brain damage. Sam is worried when Peri suddenly collapses, and they rush her to hospital, where they discover her brain tumour needs to be removed immediately. With Leela drowning her sorrows at a pub in town and Tegan with Grace, Sam is forced to support herself, until Carmel finds Sam upset in the hospital. Carmel supports Sam as Peri goes under the knife for emergency surgery, and it looks like a new friendship could be brewing as Carmel and Sam both discuss their losses. John Paul is up and walking, with a wheezy cough due to the smoke inhalation. Nana asks how long John Paul will be in hospital for, and they reveal they're discharging him the next day. John Paul insists Nana goes home and gets some rest, and Nana thanks him before admitting she's left the children with Phoebe. The nurses rush into Frankie's hospital room as they pick up signs of brain activity. Jack waits with baited breath as he prays that Frankie will wake up. The nurses manages to pull Frankie out of her coma, and Jack is overwhelmed. Jack attempts to talk to Frankie, but she doesn't reply - instead, she just stares up at the ceiling or at the wall. The nurses tell Jack to give her time, and Jack agrees - he's just happy to have Frankie awake. Nancy is still shocked following Justin's return. Charlie questions who he was, and Nancy claims it was just an old school friend. Darren notices Nancy is not right, and questions what is wrong. Nancy snaps at him, asking what he cares, and Darren reveals that just because they're not together anymore, it doesn't mean he doesn't care. Nancy reveals all about Justin's return - as Justin watches from far away... Thursday May 15 2014 Sam is relieved when the nurses confirm that Peri's brain tumour has successfully, and she is resting in ICU (Intensive Care Unit). Sam visits her, and kisses her daughter, before saying how proud she is. After speaking to Carmel, Tegan rushes to ICU and finds the pair. She apologises for not being there for Peri, but Peri says it's fine. Later, the nurses decide that Peri is recovering well, and move her back to the ward. Sam expresses how proud she is of Peri, but it is clear she is missing Danny - something which Tegan notices. When they head home, Tegan questions Sam, asking if she is OK. Sam insists she's fine, but Tegan says it's OK for her not to be - she's just lost her husband. Sam breaks down, revealing that Danny thought she hated him before he died. Tegan asks if she did, and Sam hesitates, before saying 'no, I loved him'. Leela continues to spiral out of control, and heads to The Loft, where she flirts with several men. Luke is in the club after finishing his shift, and takes a fancy to Leela. The pair flirt, before heading back to hers. Tony is over the moon when Diane finally comes round after her surgery, and the first thing she asks is about Finn. Tony insists she just focus on getting better, attempting to ignore the question, but Diane says she wants to know about Finn, and if he doesn't tell her, she'll rip her tubes out and find him herself. Sinead enters at that point and tells Diane she'll have a hard job doing that when he's in a prison cell. Diane is clearly distraught, and claims Finn doesn't deserve to be there. Sinead asks if she is mad, before reminding her of what Finn did, saying that Finn is the reason she's in that hospital bed in the first place. Diane claims that he's just a "lost little boy who needs his Mum", and Sinead snaps, saying that Diane isn't even his real mother. Diane claims she is 'good as', before telling Sinead to leave, asking why she even came in the first place. Sinead tells Diane that she thought they could patch things up, but maybe she was wrong. Sinead storms out, and Diane begins to regret her actions... Liberty makes another appearance at Dodger's hospital bed as he is released from hospital. As they all head back to Dirk and Cindy's flat, Liberty says that she preferred the boat. Dodger reveals he lives there alone, and Liberty says that's perfect, as she needs a place to stay. Dirk asks what she's going to do about her concert, and Liberty claims that being a celebrity is fun, but being with her family is more important to her. Dodger is happy to be reunited with his sister, but Dirk can't help but feel disappointed. The McQueen's welcome John Paul home, and are distraught, having learnt about his rape ordeal. John Paul insists he is fine, but Nana says that it isn't something he should have to go through alone. John Paul is insisting that everything is alright, and everything is over now, and Nana claims it isn't - it's going to follow him around forever, and she shouldn't have let it happen again. John Paul asks what she means by "again", and Nana rushes out of the house. Friday May 16 2014 In a special two-hander episode, we find out more about Nana's past... John Paul chases after Nana to find out what she meant by 'again'. He tracks her down at the fountain in the village, and the pair have a heart-to-heart on the bench. John Paul asks Nana what she meant by "let it happen again", and Nana reveals that as a child, she was assaulted by her father's friend. She goes on to describe the man; big, hairy, always smelling of fish. Nana says that his name was Terry, and that she was just fifteen. She goes on to explain that Terry used to do little things, such as squeeze her leg, or squeeze her bum, or even sometimes smack it. Nana says that she just thought of it as fun - she saw all of her mates doing it with their boyfriends, and her parents did it. "But then I was home alone. Mum and Dad had gone to Brighton for the week, and had asked Terry to keep checking up on me cos I didn't want to go. I remember I was sat in the back garden doing homework - it was Summer, see - and he came out. It was hot, so I was wearing a skirt. He squeezed my leg, and told me I was beautiful. He told me" (she chokes up, as tears flow down her cheeks) "he told me I was special, and that anybody who ever hurt me was an idiot. He asked me if I wanted to play a game and then he... he reached up my skirt..." John Paul and Nana both break down in tears. Nana explains that it carried on for several months until Terry died of a heart attack. She explains that nobody ever found out, but she vowed never to let any of her children experience anything like it. John Paul pulls her into a hug as Nana reveals that she's failed. John Paul tells her she hasn't failed - she's done her best to protect them all of their life because she wasn't protected when she was little. Nana tells John Paul that she will support him, and Finn won't get away with this... |

Week 21: Mon 19 May - Fri 23 May 2014
Monday 19 May 2014 John Paul takes Nana a cup of tea as she sits on the sofa, John Paul still reeling following Nana's confession that she was sexually abused as a teenager. Nana thanks him, and Nana asks how he is coping as he sits down opposite her. John Paul says he's alright - he's glad everybody finally knows the truth about Finn. Nana tells him that the worst of it is over now, and that she's here for him if he needs her. John Paul says that surely Nana wants revenge on Terry, and Nana claim that he's not worth it - there's much better things she'd rather be in prison for. She then goes on to say that she wished she could've seen his dead body, cos she'd have spat on it until her mouth was dry. There is a loud banging on the front door, and John Paul says he'll get it. He is shocked to see Michaela and their mother, Myra McQueen, who says that they came as soon as they heard. Nana is shocked by her daughter's reappearance. Luke wakes up next to Leela, and attempts to kiss her, but she ignores him, telling him to 'just get out'. Luke is hurt by Leela's frosty behaviour, and attempts to reason with her, but she tells him to go, saying that what just happened between them was a mistake. Luke leaves, and Tegan catches him leaving. Tegan goes upstairs to find Leela necking a bottle of vodka. Tegan tells Leela that alcohol isn't the answer, and Leela tells her to stay out of it. An argument erupts when Leela accuses Tegan of always being the favourite child. Tegan slaps Leela, before saying she's not surprised, as Leela's a nasty, spiteful bitch. Sam breaks the argument up, but Tegan warns Sam that if Leela doesn't leave, she will! Jack goes into Frankie's hospital room, and finds her missing. He questions the nurses, who reveal they haven't seen her since she went outside for some air ten minutes ago. Jack rushes outside, but there is no sight of Frankie. Jack calls out her name, but to no avail. He pulls out his phone and rings her, extremely worried. The scene cuts to Frankie, who is dressed in her usual clothes that Jack had dropped off. She looks down at her phone before denying the call, and looking up at the ferry in front of her... It is the day of Maxine's trial, and Nancy and Holly are attending. Beforehand, Nancy is annoyed to see Justin again. Justin reveals he wants to get to know Charlie properly, but Nancy claims that Charlie doesn't need him. Justin promises he's changed, before saying he's ready to be a Dad. At Maxine's trial, Holly rushes out when Maxine pleads guilty. Nancy and Maxine exchanges glances as Maxine is sentenced to ten years in prison. As Holly enters, Nancy shouts at the Judge to stop. 'It was me! I tried to kill Patrick!' Nancy screams as Maxine and Holly reel. Nancy is taken away by policemen, whilst Maxine shakes her head at Nancy, lost for words... Return of Myra McQueen (Nicole Barber-Lane) Final appearance of Frankie Osborne (Helen Pearson) 2002 - 2014 Tuesday May 20 2014 At the Police Station, Nancy is being charged with Patrick's attempted murder. The shocked Osborne family (Jack, Darren, Esther and Tom) are waiting for news, whilst Nancy explains her version of events. She insists that Maxine and Patrick were fighting, and they knocked the desk. Nancy then says that she picked up the ornament, hit it over Nancy's head and left Maxine to believe it had fell. The DNA results for the ornament come back, and it confirms that Nancy's fingerprints are on it (from when she took it from Holly...). After her family visit her, Nancy tells them to look after Charlie. Later, Justin visits, and asks what she's playing at. Nancy admits she's thought about what Justin said, and she's willing to let him see Charlie. She then says that she's certain Justin and the Osborne's will look after Charlie, and that Charlie doesn't need her anymore... Lindsey, Mercedes and Kim are viewing an apartment in the village. Whilst Lindsey and Kim like the apartment, Mercedes - who is unaware of Myra's return - dislikes it, claiming it isn't salvageable. Kim suggests the flat above Cindy and Dirk's, but Mercedes - knowing that is Browning's former flat - shoots the idea down immediately, claiming that she'd rather they find somewhere not so close to The Loft as all they'll be able to hear is the music. Lindsey jokes that Mercedes is always there anyway, and Mercedes rolls her eyes before telling the estate agent they'll carry on looking. Carmel is busy organising Sonny's funeral on Thursday, and is putting the final finishing touches together. She arrives home at the McQueens' and is shocked to see Myra and Michaela. As Carmel hugs Myra tightly, Myra apologises for leaving, claiming she's back now, for good. John Paul and Nana question Myra and Michaela on why they're back, and Myra claims they're here to support Louis and John Paul. A battered and bruised Louis enters from upstairs, and greets Michaela with a hug, before saying 'hi' to his aunt, Myra. Myra greets him with a smile, and introduces herself, before remarking at how bad a state Louis is in. Louis puts on a brave face and says he's been in the army, so he's seen worse. Myra hugs Louis, before hugging John Paul, and telling them she's here for them now. Jack is desperately trying to contact Frankie, whilst the Police have been informed, and are trying to track her down. The police confirm that they've found Frankie's phone in a bin at a ferry port. Jack asks where the ferry was heading, and the police say it looks like Ireland. Jack instantly puts 2 and 2 together, and calls Frankie's son Craig, who lives in Dublin. Craig says he hasn't heard from Frankie, but can come straight over and help search for her if he'd like. Jack says that's not necessary. Whilst Connor is back in London, finishing off the sale of his house, Ellie is alone, and is thinking about recent events. After a heart-to-heart with Esther in the folly, Ellie realises that it is Dodger that she wants. Dirk offers to let Dodger and Liberty stay at his and Cindy's flat until he is better. Dodger accepts, and Liberty says that she'll look after the boat as she doesn't want to cause trouble for Dirk and Cindy. Holly is still struggling following Maxine's trial, and heads home, where she begins to neck a bottle of vodka, believing everybody to be at The Hutch. However, Dodger enters the living room with just a towel wrapped around him, having just taken a shower. Dodger apologises, but Holly cannot take her eyes off of Dodger's torso, something which he notices. He makes his excuses to leave. George is still distraught following Vincent's death, and tells Phoebe his plans to leave Hollyoaks for a new life... Wednesday May 21 2014 Things are still awkward between Holly and Dodger, who is trying to keep his distance from the teenager. Dirk announces he is going on a job in Wolverhampton, whilst Cindy is working at Price Slice. Realising that Dodger will be home alone, Holly bunks off school. Dodger enters the kitchen and is confused to see Holly. He asks her why she isn't at school, and she says she has better things to do. Dodger is confused, but says that he's gonna pop out. Holly asks why he's going when he could stay at home with her, and Dodger is confused. Holly attempts to kiss him, but he pushes her away, telling her to stop. She leans in for another kiss, and Dodger pushes her again. Holly falls to the ground as the door opens and Ellie and Cindy enter, shocked. Phoebe tries to convince George not to leave, but George says there is nothing left for him in Hollyoaks anymore. He then says that he can't stay in the same village, drinking in the same pub, that his best friend died in. George says it's OK, and that they both knew that one of them would have to move on eventually. After a tearful goodbye to Phoebe, Esther and Dennis (who is in a wheelchair) at the bus stop, George departs Hollyoaks for good... As the search for Frankie continues, the Osborne's are heartbroken to hear that there's no news. Craig still hasn't heard anything from her, and is seriously considering coming over to Hollyoaks, but Jack insists he stay where he is. Myra gives Sinead an earful in the street as she rants about Finn killing Carmel's boyfriend, almost killing Louis and raping John Paul. Sinead makes it clear that she has nothing to do with Finn, Diane OR Tony, claiming that as far as she's concerned, Finn isn't her brother, and Diane and Tony can rot in hell. As Leela continues to drink herself into oblivion, Tegan and Sam attempt to support Peri, who - on top of her grief for Danny - is having to deal with her recent brain tumour surgery. Peri has a tube inserted into her head to drain fluid from the operation site, and is sleeping. Meanwhile, Jason and Mia meet up again, with it being the first time since the pub fire. They head over to the folly, where they have a picnic. Mia calls it cheesy, and the pair laugh before kissing. Mia suggests they head back to Jason's, and he is more than happy to oblige... Final appearance of George Smith (Steven Roberts) Thursday May 22 2014 It is the day before Sonny's funeral, and a distraught Carmel is clearly struggling. As her family attempt to support her, Carmel admits she doesn't believe she'll be able to attend the funeral. Her family try to convince her that Sonny deserves it, and a guilty Carmel admits that they're right. However, afterwards, Louis tells her that Sonny doesn't deserve anything. Carmel asks what he means, and Louis reveals he knows that Sonny was abusing her. He then reveals that before the explosion, Sonny had assaulted him and left him for dead in the bathrooms. A shocked Carmel has no time to react as there is a knock at the front door, and Sasha and Lauren Valentine enter, in tears. Carmel asks what they're doing here, and an upset Sasha tells Carmel that they're here for Sonny's funeral. Dodger attempts to explain everything to Cindy and Ellie, but Cindy helps Holly up, and tells Dodger to get out. Dodger tries to reason with Ellie, who says that she was just coming to tell him she wanted them to be together. Dodger is distraught as Dirk arrives home, and his family turn against him, with Holly accusing him of making a move on her and then hurting her when she rejected him. Liberty also enters, and doesn't want to believe it, but tells Dodger maybe he should just go... Sinead and Trevor spend the day in bed, but Trevor has something else on his mind. Sinead asks him what is wrong, and Trevor reveals he can't stop thinking about Grace. Sinead scoffs, and gathers her clothes. Trevor says he didn't mean it like this, and Sinead asks what he did mean. Trevor says that Grace has nothing, and now they've kicked her out of her home. Trevor suggests they should let Grace move in with them, and Sinead says that she wouldn't trust Grace to live alone with Trevor. Trevor then suggests Sinead moves in with him, instead of staying at the Boarding House, and she accepts, but Sinead is still unsure of Grace moving in with them... Jason attempts to sneak Mia out of his bedroom, and he is successful until Robbie catches them coming downstairs. Robbie makes a remark, before flirting with Mia. Jason shuns him, before Mia suggests they just go back upstairs, as she's not in a rush. They head back upstairs, and Joe exits from the shower. Mia stares at his body, which Joe notices, but ignores it. Mia and Jason spend the day watching Netflix in Jason's bed, but Mia obviously has something on her mind... Dennis struggles to come to terms with the fact that he may never walk again, whilst Blessing sees the Private Detective again... Friday May 23 2014 It is the day of Sonny's funeral, and the McQueen's - particularly Carmel, Lauren and Sasha - are distraught. The funeral proves hard for all three of them, as well as Louis, who is still disgusted by Sonny's actions prior to his death. Carmel is also shocked by what Louis told her the day before. Myra and Nana support Carmel through the funeral, and they head to the wake afterwards. There, Sasha makes a speech about Sonny, which Louis makes a remark under his breath about. Lauren asks what he said, and Louis says it was nothing, but Lauren tells Louis to say it. Louis sheepishly repeats what he said about Sonny not being as nice a guy as they are making out, and Sasha asks what he means. Louis looks at Carmel, who shakes her head. Louis says that Sonny did some stuff that none of them knew about, and he then leaves. Dodger visits Ellie and Connor's flat (Connor is still in London) and attempts to explain to Ellie. Ellie tells him to just leave, claiming that she doesn't want to speak to him again. Dodger leaves, clearly upset, and heads back to the boat, where Liberty is getting ready to go on one final trip to LA in order to sort out the launch of her new CD. Liberty asks how he is, and he reveals he's not good - he's being blamed for something he didn't do, and now the girl he loves is turning against him. Liberty repeats the word 'love' as a question, and Dodger nods sheepishly. Liberty claims that Ellie will come round, but Dodger says she won't. Liberty asks what he's going to do, and Dodger claims he'd rather leave the village than be called a pervert. Liberty tells Dodger it won't come to that, before telling Dodger she's going to go and call her management and tell them she can't catch the flight tonight. When she's gone, Dodger quickly begins packing some stuff into a backpack before walking out. Liberty calls after him as she stands on the deck, and Dodger tells Liberty he'll give her a forwarding address for the rest of his stuff once he's settled. Liberty rushes to Ellie's flat, and explains that Dodger is leaving. Realising what a mistake she's made, Ellie rushes to the airport, where Dodger is, having ordered a last-minute ticket. Ellie manages to catch him just as he gets onto the plane, and she reveals she doesn't want him to go. Dodger tells her there's no point him sticking around anymore, and Ellie says there is - the baby. Dodger says that even if it was his child, Connor would be all over it, and Ellie says she doesn't want Connor, she wants him. Dodger kisses her passionately as Ellie apologises, revealing that she's been hoping he's the father. Lauren and Sasha say goodbye to Carmel, before thanking her for letting them stay on the sofa. Lauren and Sasha say goodbye to the McQueen's, who express how sorry they are both for their loss AND for Louis' outburst earlier on. Before they leave, Lauren and Sasha visit Sonny's grave and say a heartfelt goodbye, before departing Hollyoaks for good... Final appearance of Lauren Valentine (Dominique Jackson) & Sasha Valentine (Nathalie Emmanuel) |

Week 22: Monday 26 May 2014 - Friday 30 May 2014
Monday May 26 2014 Connor returns from London, and is shocked to find Ellie is not in their flat. He attempts to call her, but Ellie is too busy passionately kissing Dodger in the Boathouse. Liberty enters, and the pair break away. Liberty makes a joke, asking if Dodger's sticking around now. Dodger shrugs, before asking if Liberty can leave them alone, flirtatiously adding that he'd like to "show her the lower deck" of the boat. Ellie scoffs as Liberty cringes and leaves. Ellie returns back to her flat following her passionate encounter with Dodger on the boat, and finds Connor, who questions where she's been. Ellie remarks that it's nice to see Connor, but he changes the subject, claiming he was expecting to find her when he got back. Ellie sighs, before telling Connor to sit down as she needs to tell him the truth. She admits she's in love with someone else, and Connor is distraught. He asks who it is, and Ellie lies, claiming it's no-one he knows, but Connor storms out. Tony admits to Darren that he's short-staffed at "The Hutch". Darren, who is looking for enough cash to move out of The Dog, suggests he do a few shifts at the restaurant, but Tony is sceptical, and refuses. However, after Diane is forced to take the day off due to being struck down with the flu, Tony calls Darren and he steps in to help. Darren's shift at The Hutch is going well until Connor storms round and punches him, believing him to be the man Ellie is in love with. Ellie rushes in and pulls Connor off of him, whilst Tony shouts at Connor and a confused Darren nurses his bloody nose. Connor pushes Ellie away and lunges at Darren, but Dodger enters and breaks the fight up, asking what has happened. Connor reveals Darren's having an affair with Ellie, and Dodger says it's not Darren - it's him, and they're in love! Freddie attempts to reunite with brother Joe, but Joe is refusing to speak to Freddie, who was revealed to be having an affair with Joe's former fiancée Lindsey. Freddie asks Sandy to help him get back into Joe's good books, but Sandy says that he's just going to have to leave it. Freddie pleads with her as brother Ziggy enters, and chastises Sandy for even talking to Freddie, claiming that as far as any of his brothers are concerned, Freddie isn't a Roscoe. Sandy admits she can't just forget about Freddie completely, reminding Ziggy that they are all her boys, but Ziggy says she has to make a choice - him, Joe, Robbie and Jason, or Freddie. Sandy is disgusted. Freddie tells Sandy he won't be disappointed by her choice, as he understands it's hard for her. Sandy tearfully apologises, before saying she can't risk losing four of her boys over one. A tearful Freddie nods, and says goodbye to Sandy, before announcing he'll leave the village. Sandy is distraught as Freddie leaves the house. Also, Carmel is still angry at Louis; Kim admits to Lindsey that she can't stay at the B&B for much longer as she'll run out of money; Patrick returns to work at the school, and is faced with a dilemma when he finds drugs in Robbie's locker after being tipped off by a teacher who saw him putting something in. Tuesday May 27 2014 The McQueen's confront Louis about his behaviour at the funeral, and he lies, claiming that he's just been struggling since the explosion. Myra claims it doesn't mean he needed to be disrespectful on what was already a hard day for Carmel and Sonny's sisters. Louis apologises, before apologising to Carmel. Louis goes for a drink in The Loft, and flirts with Lindsey Butterfield, who claims she is "off limits". Louis grins, and the pair end up kissing in the club toilets, with Louis suggesting they head back to his. Mercedes catches them in bed, and is disgusted. She tells Michaela that the quicker she, Lindsey and Kim move out, the better, as she knew it was only a matter of time before Lindsey bedded a McQueen, seeing as she's "gone through all t'Roscoe's!". Michaela helps Mercedes flat-hunt, and they find a flat in the village that is perfect. Mercedes breaks the news to Kim and Lindsey, and they are over the moon, and book a viewing with the landlord. Connor is disgusted with Ellie, and throws all of her stuff out of the flat. Ellie apologises to Connor, who admits that once the baby is born, he's going for custody. Ellie heads to the Boathouse, where Dodger apologises to Ellie for revealing it, but Ellie says it's fine, as Connor would have found out eventually. Ellie asks Dodger if she can stay at the Boat with him, but Dodger says no. Ellie is distraught, until Dodger grins and admits he has a surprise for her. Dodger blindfolds Ellie and drives her out of the main part of the village, and over to a newly-built block of apartments, before revealing he has bought one for the pair of them. He then reveals Dirk and Liberty are moving into Cindy's flat, and Ellie asks Dodger what he will do with the Boathouse. He grins as he reveals to Ellie that he wanted to turn it into a new beauty salon for her. Ellie is overwhelmed as she kisses Dodger passionately, thanking him. Patrick calls Sandy into a meeting, and reveals he found drugs in Robbie's locker. Robbie denies them being his, claiming he's never seen them before. Sandy is disgusted, and asks Robbie how long he has been an addict, to which Robbie replies that he isn't. Sandy orders Robbie to get home, and when they arrive back at the house, she chastises him, forcing him to admit ownership of the drugs. Patrick calls Sandy and reveals he'll have to suspend Robbie whilst they investigate, and Sandy is quick to remind Robbie how much of an impact it could have on his final exams this year. Meanwhile, Mia is overwhelmed when Jason presents her with a necklace on her birthday. After being forced out of his friends flat, Freddie is left homeless, and goes to the student house. He asks Dennis if he can stay, and Dennis lets him, but it is obviously awkward due to Freddie and Sinead now living together. Freddie suggests he move back out as he can easily find a new place, but Sinead says it's fine - she's with Trevor now so there's no need for it to be awkward. Also, Grace plans Fraser's funeral for the next day, however is adamant it is a waste of time as nobody will turn up; Joe signs up to a dating website; and Connor drowns his sorrows in The Loft, and ends up calling his former drug dealer... Wednesday May 28 2014 After purchasing their flat together the day before, Kim, Lindsey and Mercedes are stoked to finally be getting their own place. They move their stuff in, and are pleased with the amount of space they all have. Kim talks about inviting a fourth flatmate to occupy the spare room, thus cutting rent costs to 25% each, but Mercedes is a bit giddy about it. However, Lindsey and Kim both agree that putting an ad in The Chester Herald will be a good idea, so set about doing it. Mercedes heads to 'The Loft', on the look-out for a new job, and is confused to find it closed. She finds Trevor coming out of Price Slice, and he explains Grace is at Fraser's funeral. Mercedes asks Trevor if there's any jobs going at 'The Loft', and Trevor insists she speak to Grace about it, but Mercedes admits Grace hates her, and won't employ her. Trevor asks why he should employ her, and Mercedes admits she's always thought Trevor would make a good owner for the club. She then attempts to kiss him, but he pushes her back, reminding her he's with Sinead, before angrily claiming he wouldn't hire a cheap slut like her to work behind a McDonald's counter, never mind behind the bar of a nightclub. Mercedes is disgusted with herself. Darren is shocked to the core when Justin turns up at The Hutch (where Darren has taken on more shifts), asking to see Charlie. Darren tries to get rid of Justin, but he is determined to see his son. Darren sighs, and reluctantly agrees to meet Justin at the park, with Charlie. Later, Darren takes Charlie to the park to play football, and Justin is waiting. Justin introduces himself to Charlie as Nancy's school friend, and asks if he wants a game of football. Darren orders Justin not to tell Charlie he is his father, and Justin agrees, but admits he wants to build a proper relationship with Charlie. After playing a game of football, Darren and Justin catch up in the park, and Justin reveals he's had a semi-successful business during the time that he's been away, and even got a girl pregnant, however she miscarried, which spelt the end of his marriage to the woman. Darren is sympathetic, and as the boys reminisce, it looks like an unlikely friendship could be brewing... Grace attends Fraser's funeral, and is heartbroken to discover it's empty - until Sandy turns up and apologises for being five minutes late. Grace and Sandy say a heart-felt goodbye to Fraser, before burying his body. Grace breaks down at his grace, and Sandy nervously supports her, however after seeing her cry, Sandy realises Grace isn't as bad as she makes out to be. Grace admits she's got nothing left, and Sandy tells her that she can stay at the house for as long as she wants. Grace admits she doesn't want to intrude, before announcing she'll begin looking for a flat tomorrow. Connor visits his drug dealer, Carl, and picks up his drugs. Connor goes back to his flat to use his drugs, but is shocked by a knock at the door - it's his brother Jake Johnson! Connor is left gobsmacked as Jake grins. "Alright, bruv?" Jake asks. Also, Michaela urges Louis to speak to a doctor about his temper, but Louis is convinced nothing is wrong; Ellie makes plans for her new business, whilst Liberty asks Dodger if he's sure Ellie is what he wants; Tom and Peri go on a date to a Cafe in town, and Myra sets her sights on a new business venture! This episode marks the first appearance of Jake Johnson, played by Richard Winsor! Thursday May 29 2014 After letting Jake spend the night at his flat, Connor demands answers. Jake admits he's bored of London, and wanted to visit, but Connor scoffs, claiming that Jake loves London. Jake shrugs, and admits he wants a bit of a change. Connor sighs, but accepts his story - until he finds a text on Jake's phone from an angry man called Cameron. Connor confronts Jake about it, and Jake admits he may have had an affair with "Cameron's" girlfriend. Connor is disgusted, and Jake is confused as to why Connor is reacting so badly, reminding Connor that he cheated on Ellie last year, and Connor admits he and Ellie have broken up because she had an affair. Jake asks why that bothers him, considering he slept with Ellie's sister last year, but he reminds Jake that Ellie does not know about that. Jake admits he thinks Connor is making a big mistake by letting Ellie go. Dirk moves the last of his stuff out of the boat and into Cindy's flat, but Cindy reminds him that Dodger is not welcome following him attempting to have seduce Holly, an event which didn't actually happen. Dirk says they don't know Holly is telling the truth, but Cindy chastises him for accusing Holly of lying. Dodger and Ellie begin redecorating the boat, and Dodger asks Ellie if she has a name for the new salon. Ellie says she does: "Savage's Styles". Dodger smiles as he kisses his girlfriend, and admits he loves her. The pair head back to their apartment and have sex, before spending the rest of the day in bed, unaware that Connor is at the boat, looking for Ellie. Kim and Lindsey's newspaper ad is answered, and Kim is excited at the prospect of a new flatmate. They arrange to meet with the mystery flatmate at The Hutch, and are shocked to discover who it is - Grace! Lindsey instantly shoots Grace down, but Kim admits she thinks Grace is quite nice. Lindsey scoffs, and claims that Grace is the female version of Hannibal Lecter. Kim insists she doesn't seem that bad, but Lindsey claims Kim hardly knows her. But Lindsey can't help but wonder if her lesbian sister Kim has another motive for 'liking' Grace... Connor finds Ellie and Dodger in The Hutch, where they are having a date. Connor apologises to both Ellie and Dodger, before admitting he loves Ellie, and wants to be with her for the babies' sake. Ellie says it's too late, as she is with Dodger, and Connor pleads with her to give him another chance. Ellie admits she and Dodger have already moved in together, and Dodger is buying her a new business. Connor begins to question how long their 'relationship' has been going on, before accusing Ellie of only being with Dodger because he's willing to spend money on her and buy her a business. Ellie slaps him, and Dodger suggests they head to a restaurant in town, so Connor can't ruin it. Ellie agrees, and they leave. Louis secretly takes Michaela's advice, and books an appointment at the doctor's surgery in town. He heads to his appointment, and speaks to the doctor, explaining about his recent mood swings, as well as how he has been suffering from extreme flashbacks and hearing screams. The doctor asks what he's been having flashbacks to, and Louis tearfully and reluctantly admits he's been seeing the aftermath of the explosion in his head, including when he was trapped in the bathroom of the pub, with the ceiling about to collapse in on top of him. After a long conversation with the doctor, the doctor admits he thinks Louis is suffering from Post Natal Depression following the explosion, as well as his previous experiences in the army. Louis heads back to the McQueen's, but decides not to tell the family. Michaela asks where he has been, and Louis lies, claiming he was at the job centre. Michaela believes him. Also, Myra reveals her plans to open up a new Cafe in the village, and Mercedes is sceptical, believing her mother is not responsible enough to own a business, but John Paul encourages her; Connor heads back to the flat to find Jake has found his drugs. Jake questions him; Dennis and Blessing attend a hospital appointment, and Dennis is told his physio is not working as well as they'd like, and they'll need to be more aggressive with it. Dennis is left feeling depressed by the news, and tells Blessing he doesn't think he'll ever walk again. Blessing comforts him, and the pair kiss. Friday May 30 2014 Leela arrives home after a night out to find Sam going through Danny's things. Leela asks Sam what she is doing, and Sam says that she's getting rid of Danny's stuff, seeing as he won't need it anymore. Leela pleads with her to leave it, but Sam breaks down in tears, and claims this is the only way she can see herself moving on with her life. A tearful Leela decides to help Sam, and they reminisce about memories with Danny. Tegan and Peri arrive home to find the two crying on the sofa, watching Danny's favourite movie, and the family end up talking about the past. Mercedes is disgusted to find Kim showing Grace around the flat. Mercedes asks what is going on, and Kim explains Grace is their new flatmate. Mercedes instantly shoots the idea down, and Kim asks why Mercedes dislikes Grace. Mercedes explains to Kim that Grace is a bad person, and Grace reminds them that she is here, listening. Mercedes shrugs, and Grace claims she's trying to change, and Mercedes scoffs, claiming the chances of Grace changing are about as likely as the chance of Lindsey and Joe getting back together. As she says this, Lindsey enters and is annoyed with her friend. She leaves angrily. Later, Mercedes heads to The Loft, and apologises to Trevor. Trevor accepts the apology, but claims he still can't give her a job. Trevor says the only chance of her ever getting a job at the club is to ask Grace. Mercedes comes up with an idea, and heads to the Roscoes' to find Grace. She tells Grace that she can move in to the flat, IF Grace gives her a job at The Loft. Grace immediately says no, but Ziggy encourages her to go for it. Grace sighs and accepts Mercedes' offer, claiming Mercedes can begin on Monday. Mercedes is over the moon. Ellie is pleased with her new business, which is beginning to take shape on the boat, with several builders in, working on it. Liberty catches Ellie and one of the builders bantering flirtatiously, and confronts her about it. The builder claims they're just playing, and Liberty orders them back to work. Ellie confronts Liberty, reminding her that it's none of her business, and Liberty claims that she's not going to let Dodger be walked all over by her. Ellie scoffs, before ordering Liberty out. Liberty goes to Dodger and claim Ellie is cheating on her, and Dodger shoots her down, before telling Liberty to stop trying to run their happiness. He then heads over to the boat, and holds up some paperwork, revealing that he's signed 50% of the boat over to her, with Dodger keeping the other 50%. Ellie hugs Dodger, before kissing him passionately. Joe believes he's lucked out when the internet dating site he has signed up to matches him with a date. He heads into town for the date, and meets a young girl called Georgia O'Neill. Georgia and Joe hit it off, and plan to arrange a second date. Joe heads back to The Hutchafter the date, and tells Darren about how well his date went. Darren asks Joe how he's been since Lindsey broke up with him, and Joe claims he's fine - it's like she never existed. However, it's clear he's lying. Later, when the restaurant is almost empty, Darren is serving Joe a pint at the bar the door opens, and a girl steps in, causing Darren's jaw to drop - Hannah Ashworth stands in front of him, holding two four year-old twins. "Darren" she whispers, obviously concerned, and Darren stares at her in shock... Also tonight, Luke makes an impression on Maxine, which Sienna notices; Diane and Tony attempt to move on; Dennis faces another setback when he falls from his wheelchair, and is left on the floor screaming for help for an hour, until Freddie finds him at the Boarding House. Cindy's Shock: Meet The New Cunningham's
One of Hollyoaks' original and biggest families, the Cunningham's, are about to become one of the biggest on the show thanks to a new breed of them being introduced. Speaking at a press interview, Executive Producer of the Channel 4 soap xItzDannyx said: "I love the Cunningham's, so it's a shame that most of the off-screen members are dead! In fact, there's only three members off-screen who are actually alive - that we know of!" It's been confirmed that Cindy will be left shocked to the core when her cousins via her uncle Benny show up. Danny said: "We're mixing the Cunningham's with the Savage's, giving us a unit of Dirk, Cindy, Holly, Hilton, Dirk, Liberty, Dodger and Dennis, but we wanted more. The Cunningham's have a massive year in store as a really shocking storyline takes place, changing the village forever, and to make it work as strongly as we want it to, the more Cunningham's we have, the better! But they're not just being introduced for the sake of it - we want to introduce some strong male characters who have strong links to current characters, but are also a fresh canvas. We're not retconning anything - Benny's not been mentioned for donkey's years, and some dialogue will reveal that these brothers didn't know of Benny's existence until about ten years ago!" "Liam Cunningham is the first to show up" xItzDannyx revealed. "He's a cocky, hunky and flirty lad, who knows what he wants and how to get it! We've cast the brilliant Matt Di Angelo, who plays EastEnders' Dean Wicks, and we're really excited to see him in action!" "We've then got Joel, played by relative newcomer Jamie Nichols. He's the more sensible of the brothers, and the quietest one, but he's still going to be an interesting character!" "Then we've got Lee, played by Emmerdale's Danny Miller. Danny is a great actor, and we're really excited to have him in the cast, as we feel he'll bring something fresh to the cast. Lee's more reserved and mysterious, and he's a really interesting character who I hope the audience will like!" "Then there's eldest brother Adam, played by former EastEnders star Rob Kazinsky. Adam's hotheaded and protective. He's always been there for his family after his father abandoned them when they were little. We're planning a nice friendship for Connor/Adam, and Adam will end up turning the heads of several of the Hollyoaks residents!" "We can also confirm that three former members of the Cunningham family will be returning, but who those are, you'll have to wait and see...!" A June trailer for Hollyoaks is expected to air over the next couple of days, showing off Liam's arrival, as well as the three mystery returns...! |

Week 23: Monday 2 June - Friday 6 June 2014
Monday 2 June 2014 ▪ Darren is reeling following ex-wife Hannah's return. Hannah asks Darren if they can talk, before saying she doesn't have long. Darren offers for her to go into the back room of the restaurant, and Hannah takes the two twins with her. Darren asks who they are, and Hannah introduces them as Reece and Jess. Darren asks Hannah what she needs to talk about - and Hannah drops a bombshell by claiming she needs to talk about their children! Darren is shocked, but reacts calmly, asking why she never told him about them. Hannah claims she didn't know how, and admits she didn't want to admit it was true when she discovered she was pregnant. Darren asks if the twins are 100% his, and Hannah admits they are, before revealing she wants Darren to be a part of the twins' life - if he wants to. Darren remains silent... ▪ Sam puts the finishing touches to Danny's funeral, as she grows emotional. Leela decides to help her mother, and they head to the flower shop in the centre of the village, where they order a 'DAD' and 'HUSBAND' sign made of flowers. Sam breaks down after choosing the flowers corresponding with Danny's favourite colours, and Leela supports her. They head to the school to gather Danny's stuff from his office, and Patrick - who has recently returned to work - is supportive, and even helps them gather Danny's stuff. Patrick tells Leela that he's there for Sam and the Lomaxes if they need them, and Leela thanks him. Returning back to their house, Sam and Leela are shocked to find Ste - Danny's son, who has been in Rehab - in the living room. Sam asks what Ste is doing here, and Ste reveals he's been given a few days out of Rehab for Danny's funeral. Leela and Sam are pleased, and hug Ste, as he breaks down in tears, admitting he hasn't cried since he found out about Danny's death... ▪ Diane receives a letter in the post from the prison. She opens it to find it is a visiting order from Finn. Diane rips it up and throws it away, before beginning to cry. Tony returns home, and asks why she is crying. Diane reveals about the visiting order, before admitting she wants to go and see Finn, but can't face it, knowing what he did. Tony comforts her, before suggesting they go together, but Diane defiantly says no, before revealing it's time she moved on and focussed on herself for a change. She heads to the bathroom to clean herself up, but as she stares in the mirror at herself, it's clear she's already regretting her decision... ▪ Mia and Jason are bunking off school in The Hutch, when Sandy enters, and sees them. Sandy asks why there's not at school, and Jason claims he's failing his A-Level's anyway, so the last two months of school are just a waste of his life. Sandy claims that he still needs to try, before remarking that Mia is a bad influence on him. Mia argues her innocence, claiming it was Jason's idea, but Sandy rubbishes her claims, stating that Jason's "always been an angel" as far as school is concerned. Sandy then orders Jason to follow her, as she's dropping him back at school. Mia leaves, alone, and pulls out her phone when Jason texts her, apologising. Mia crosses the road, staring down at her phone, as Louis drives around the corner, almost hitting Mia. He swerves and breaks in time, narrowly missing Mia. Louis gets out of the car and apologises to Mia. Mia says it's fine. "Shouldn't you be at school anyway?" Louis asks, and Mia shrugs, claiming she'd planned to stay home but now wishes she didn't as there's no bus for half an hour, so she'll have to walk. Louis offers her a lift, and she accepts. The pair talk on the way there, and Mia admits she lives with her sisters. Mia then thanks Louis, and - in the heat of the moment - leans in for a kiss. Louis pushes her away, asking what she thinks she is doing, but rethinks and leans in and kisses her passionately. Mia climbs onto Louis' lap before undoing his jeans, still kissing him passionately... ▪ Joe has planned another date for Georgia, whom he met last week. They go out for a meal in a posh restaurant in town, and the evening goes extremely well. Joe takes Georgia home, but finds her flatmate has locked her out. Georgia claims it's fine, and she'll book into a B&B, but Joe insists she stay at the Roscoes', claiming that there's a spare room (now that brother Freddie has moved out). Georgia thanks him, and they head back to the Roscoe house. Joe and Georgia share a bottle of wine whilst watching films, and Joe kisses her softly, resulting in the couple sharing their first kiss. Georgia kisses him back passionately, and suggests they head upstairs. They go into Joe's room, kissing with intense passion and undressing each other, before the naked couple fall back onto Joe's bed and begin to have sex under the covers... ▪ Also, after spending the day on a date in town, Trevor and Sinead decide to take their relationship further as Trevor asks Sinead to move in with him. Sinead accepts, and the couple share a passionate kiss. Jake meets Sienna in The Loft, and flirts with her. It is clear Sienna is smitten with Jake, and Jake asks if he can buy her a drink. Sienna accepts, and the pair get talking, however Sienna is forced to rush off when she receives a call from Patrick. Jake gives Sienna his number, before telling her to call him. Myra is left feeling down when the bank refuse to give her a business loan, and sets about getting the money in a less legitimate way... |

▪ Ellie is pleased with the fully-refurbished boat, which now contains her salon, "Savage's Styles". Boyfriend Dodger is also pleased, and the couple share a kiss on the boat. Dodger's sister Liberty is also pleasantly surprised by the new salon, and congratulates Ellie and Dodger. Connor turns up at the boat to speak to Ellie whilst Dodger is at the Emporium, and Connor attempts to win back Ellie, claiming he wants to be part of the babies' life. Ellie says the baby may not even be his, and Connor admits he wants it to be. Connor then passionately kisses Ellie, unaware that Liberty is watching. Ellie pushes Connor away and slaps him, before ordering him to leave! Liberty confronts Ellie, and Ellie tells her to mind her own business, as it has nothing to do with her! The girls end up fighting, and are broken up when Dodger enters. He asks them to explain, but they go silent... ▪ Darren tells Hannah he wants to be a father to their children. Hannah says she didn't come because she wanted Darren to start being the world's number one dad to them, but she just wanted Darren to know they existed, and didn't feel it was right over the phone. Darren says he wants to be their Dad, and Hannah remarks that she had planned to return home to Australia. Darren pleads with her to stay, and Hannah asks why she should just give up her job as Manager of a successful bar in Australia. Darren continues to plead with her, and Hannah says they'll work something out. She then heads down to the hotel's restaurant, and Darren breaks down in his hospital bed, struggling with the news he is now a father to five children! ▪ Blessing and Tegan are in 'College Coffee', talking, whilst baby Rose sits with them. Blessing and Tegan are discussing their love lives, and Blessing gets embarrassed as she reveals that she thinks she's in love with Dennis. Tegan claims that if Blessing really likes Dennis, she should go for it, but Blessing is not so sure. After some pushing, Tegan finally gets Blessing to confide in her. Blessing admits she's scared, before revealing a dark secret: she's transgender. Tegan is taken aback, but decides to be supportive. ▪ Myra puts her plan into action, and plans to scam Patrick. After her scam backfires, Patrick finds out, and threatens to report her to the Police. Thinking fast, Myra fakes a breakdown and claims she needs the money to support her family, before lying that Michaela has a potentially terminal illness, and Myra needs money to get Michaela surgery in America. Patrick takes pity on Myra, and gives her the £50,000 she needs. When Myra announces she's opening a coffee house, the McQueen's question Myra on how she got the money, and she spins a lie. However, when Michaela finds out the truth after Patrick passes on his condolences to her, Michaela confronts Myra, and is left feeling sick after her horrifying lie...! ▪ Also today, Jack receives news that the pub rebuild should be done in the next week, and tells Esther. Esther tells him it's great, but Jack reveals some life-changing news - he's selling the pub! Esther is gobsmacked, but Jack insists he's already decided, and she can't change his mind. Grace goes for a hospital review, and the doctor's reveal her tests show signs of temporary brain damage, symptoms of which include confusion, headaches, memory problems and nausea. Grace is distraught. ▪ And, Mia and Louis feel guilty following their one night stand, and Mia admits she's in love with Jason. Louis sets his sights on Liberty; Sienna and Jake meet up again; Leela finds it awkward when she runs in to Luke, whom she slept with last month. Luke asks how she is, and Leela apologises for how she treated him. Luke suggests she make it up to him with a date; and Ziggy is shocked to find Georgia and Joe in bed together...! |

Hollyoaks shock as 'Creepy' Will Savage returns!
And he's out for revenge! The residents of 'Hollyoaks' had better lock their doors this October as 'serial killer' 'Creepy' Will Savage makes a shock return just 11 months after departing! http://metrouk2.files.wordpress.com/..._119166534.jpg That's right, James Atherton has reprised as role as geeky Savage son Will, whom he previously played between 2011 and 2013, for a guest stint this October. Will turned serial killer in 2013, ending the lives of wife Texas and mother Anna, also attempting to claim the lives of girlfriend Ash Kane, brother Dodger Savage and in a final dramatic conclusion, the ENTIRE Savage clan! Will's final storyline saw him arrested after a rooftop tumble with big brother Dodger, leaving him with no feeling in his legs, but viewers can expect to see him make a dramatic return. His first scene is when he makes contact with father Dirk (David Kennedy), and reveals that after almost a year of therapy, he has regained feeling in his legs, albeit with a limp in tow! But after a dramatic prison break, Will rushes straight back to Hollyoaks - and it's been confirmed that he's [literally] 'out' for revenge! Whilst it remains to be seen whether or not Will will claim another victim and become a fully-fledged serial killer, it HAS been confirmed that several residents will be fighting for their life. The annual October stunt will be coinciding with this huge story, it has been reported, and we can also expect a huge change as the Osborne's leave the pub, with a new family taking over - but whether or not it's a new family or a current one remains to be seen! |

Hollyoaks announce Savage departure!
http://i1.cdnds.net/13/25/618x470/so...ks-savages.jpg 'Hollyoaks' has announced that as James Atherton reprises his role as 'Creepy' Will Savage, another member of the popular family will be departing. The character in question is being kept under wraps, but with Dennis, Dodger, Dirk and Liberty the current on-screen members, and Charles S'avage (Dirk's brother) also set to make an arrival, could it mean we'll be losing one of them? Or will we be losing an added Savage in the form of Dennis' 'girlfriend' Blessing Chambers, Dirk's girlfriend Cindy Cunningham and her children Holly and Hilton, Dodger's girlfriend Ellie Turner, Dodger's twin sister Sienna or their father Patrick. The Savage's have been involved in several high-profile storylines over their three years in the village, and it's thought that the departure in question could coincide with the Halloween special episodes, which will see Dirk's son Will return one final time to take his revenge on the family... |

Hollyoaks' Jamie Dornan: "Luke's got a few secrets under his collar..."
'Hollyoaks' actor Jamie Dornan has spoken out about his character, detective Luke Miller, whos quiet introduction to the village has left many fans feeling slightly confused about his character. http://www.trbimg.com/img-554933f6/t...30/650/650x366 "Luke's introduction has been slow for a reason - he's been in the background, getting to know the village, but we've slowly been building up to him receiving a bigger role!" Viewers will know that Luke recently slept with Leela Lomax, and upcoming episodes will see the pair go on a date. "Luke likes Leela" Dornan, 32, said. "She's sexy, she's feisty, and he likes that she's ambitious. But there's more to Luke that meets the eye - he's definitely got a few secrets under his collar!" When asked about whether or not Luke is a regular character, Jamie said "Yes, he will be. He'll be moving to the village soon and we'll be seeing more of him. I know fans haven't really taken to him, but I think they will do when they see what he's got coming up!" |

Hollyoaks producers announce new sets!
http://i2.cdnds.net/15/28/618x411/so...ks-village.jpg Hollyoaks producers have announced that several new sets have been built. Viewers have recently seen the Savage's boat turned into a salon, "Savage's Styles", owned by Dodger Savage and run by his girlfriend Ellie Turner. The couple have also moved into a block of modern apartments in the village, and fans can expect the apartments to become a well-used part of the show as several new and current characters move in. As well as this, producers are in the process of refurbishing 'College Coffee', as well as construction a new Gym set, and also bringing back the University and SU Bar, amongst other sets! "It's all change in Hollyoaks - and we couldn't be more excited!" an insider teased, but what else is yet to come as the show hurtles towards its 19th year on Channel 4? |
