Oldham lost 2-0 to Southend today and from sound of thing it was other poor performance from us and Southend deserve they victory. This results along with Chesterfield and Shrewsbury wins mean Oldham drop to bottom of table, our next two matches are against Sheff Utd and Fleetwood both who doing well at home, I feel Oldham winless run will continue over Xmas period.

Good wins for Scunthorpe, Rochdale, Chesterfield and Shrewsbury in today matches, as for Bury they drop into bottom 4 after they lost for 12 league match in row, make you wonder why they appoint Chris Brass until end of season on Thursday given half of them loses come under him.

Oldham lost 1-0 to Fleetwood thanks to own goal in 90th mins by our player Law game sound like it was dull one where draw would been right results but as we having no luck this season 90th mins winner for Fleetwood look always to be case.

We stay bottom of table and with Bury getting good draw against Bradford it mean we are four points draft from Bury who sit in 20th places, we play Port Vale on Monday and I expecting other lost for Latics but rumours going about that our manager Robinson is set to get sack we may play better if that happens.

I see Bolton won top of table clashes against Scunthorpe and with Sheff Utd won early it mean Sheff Utd and Bolton are now in automatic promotion places and Scunthorpe drop down two places to third.

Is the Scunthorpe bubble bursting?

Sheffield United and Bolton you would expect to have the automatic places sown up now. Gillingham are in need of a change of manager, totally inept performances.

Gillingham have now sacked Justin Edinburgh. Club are currently 17th, and were in exactly the same position when he was appointed less than 2 years ago

Was at the Gillingham game...they were surprisingly poor, or did OUFC make them look poor, we were( imo) very good and could have had 4 or 5, if we had a decent striker.

He would be a good fit there, plus he has a good record when he starts at clubs.

I didnt manage to go to the game but from what i have heard Gillingham were fairly gutless and the players didnt look at all motivated. But what made it worse was in the press conference Edinburgh said that the club had overachieved in the past 2 years. Which is just something that you dont say, what sort of inspiration is that. The issue with Edinburgh is that he doesnt like change and while he has had bad luck with injuries he wouldnt change the system and it has cost him his job.

That said he should be back in Management soon, he is a good coach and most Gillingham fans, myself included, wish him well.
