I dont understand why this Big Brother is starting Two days after the last. I would rather have one in the spring and maybe one in early Autumn ,What do you think.

Last year the gap between the 2 shows was far too long. To be honest, i'm looking forward to tonight.

Nothing you can do, watch or just don't.

It's far too soon, anyone might guess the production/CH5 are incompetent or summat

I think a gap of a week is ideal, because it's not too long so that the interest around the previous series has died down, but it's long enough for the viewers to have a break.

BB17 should have gone on until mid August, then a week's break and then CBB.

The celeb version isn't real BB anyway.

Think Rylan will be needed for Xtra factor from September probably the reason

Ah yes, what would the show be without Rylan's song and dance vehicle afterwards that no-one watches anymore, it's not like the HMs are more important or anything

I highly doubt the shortened civilian BB and the quick start of the CBB are to accomodate Rylan's "other" job.

Luke A commented on his twitter that this is like 2012 when the contestants were forgotten about and pushed aside within an hour after final night right before CBB started a few days later. They weren't expecting that. I think this bunch of civilians will also be a bit shocked.

But then neither is normal BB now.

So I was originally looking forward to CBB tonight just to fill my evenings again! However, I don't know can I get into it now! I watched tonight and it just seems odd watching a new group of people so soon after one group leaving, the house looks nearly the same too! I might give myself a break for a few days and check back in afterwards!
