She hasn't been cast because she is family of a murderer, it is because she was one of the cast in a reality show called Mob Wives. She is not responsible for what other members of her family did or did not do.

And why are people like her famous?
Because they're linked to the mob.
She has lived off proceeds of crime so therefore she is indirectly part of the whole thing.

Was Peter Sutcliffe's mum also one of the cast in a reality show? or is she simply the mother of a murderer?

I was wondering about that too.

Maybe the mobsters do some kind of plea bargaining which means the wives aren't charged. Although she could have a long criminal record and we wouldn't know. Showbiz is a career in which ex-crims can flourish like nowhere else.

No, I doubt many people had heard of her before she was in the show "Mob Wives" I certainly hadn't. She has become famous (if you want to call it that) for appearing in the show. The same as Kim Kardashian is famous for being in Keeping up with the Kardashians. Hope fully this spells it out for those who do not understand.

Do you actually think that the wives or daughters of mobsters or Gangsters in America or Britain or anywhere else in the world get charged for the crimes their husbands, fathers or brothers commit, unless there is some sort of plea bargain? Come on now, surely you understand the law better than that.

Do you think that if someone burgles a house and takes his wife to dinner with the proceeds that she too will be charged for the crime???
