Slightly above average looking and from what I can see on google a very average body for someone in their 20s.

I think that's a slight exaggeration.
He does look older than 26 but he certainly doesn't look 44.
You could put him down as being in his early thirties but definitely not forties.
Just my opinion of course.
I don't particularly find him that attractive, and then he opens his mouth, and I find him even less so.
