I haven't seen a contract for BBUK and don't know anyone who has, but if it follows the formatting of other rtv such as Jersey/Geordie Shore and similar the only proper testing (involving bloodwork) contestants undergo is for serious STDs. The contract's language is always very specific that a contestant will not hold production responsible if they catch something during the show's duration but the chances of this holding up in court are shaky, hence the tests.
