Fried chicken and powdered coffee for breakfast (VIDEO)
Skyrah

Renee didn't get much sleep last night so she's prescribing a high protein breakfast of fried chicken. This may be the first of many things she doesn't understand about British culture, including the coffee.

Most American's don't.

Majority of Americans drinks "real coffee" & almost every home has a coffee machine/maker.

When I visited my boyfriend over the States, he took me to Walmart. He had to buy me Jar of instant Coffee & an electric kettle. He's never even used an electric kettle before LOL.
He drinks a lot of tea and uses the Microwave to boil the water, like most Americans do.

hmm. a cultural connection to powdered coffee is not very bragworthy.

if she's puzzled/horrified by the idea, I imagine its as much or more her italian heritage as the american bit. the italians are coffee snobs on a level that dwarfs even the US.
