"Here's everything that's happening in tonight's episode in 60 seconds. Stay tuned for the next 54 minutes when we pad out all the interesting stuff with boring filler"

I mute and avert my eyes from the television when this happens. Why would I bother sitting watching a show when all the highlights are shown right at the beginning. They might as well start each episode of EastEnders by letting everyone know what the major storyline reveals are going to be and then hope people star for the next half hour to see the intense stares, grunts and 'leave it bruvs' that intersperse these moments.
