On a K700: (this is a rough guess as i cant remember exact details)
-> Settings -> Internet Settings -> Select your GPRS account and press "Edit" -> Under "Connection Mode" press "HTTP" instead of "WAP" -> A new menu should now appear underneath the "Connection Mode" option called "Proxy [something]" press it and enter "8080" -> Underneath the "Proxy" setting you may find you need to enter the I.P Address, which is 193.113.200.195 DONE! |

Can anyone tell me if the above is still valid, particularly for o2 payandgo. As I read their website, it seems that you must have a monthly contract to access web pages, ie no access via payandgo, yet some people above not only get access via payandgo, but also manage to use the 8080 trick. Thanks.
