That was really unfortunate and a shame they didn't potentially see it coming by scheduling the rugby kick-off at 5:15 or 5:30.

In a strange way though, good to see the BBC have more sport than they know what to deal with.

He's coming across really well on TV. Sounds like he's really enjoying it.

Just to let you know, I've added ALL of tonight's Champions League games to the hub for a trial run.

I haven't publicised the fact in this thread until now, but there's a feedback form that's recently been added to gauge what you folks would like to see added and what you'd be willing to help out with. I can see that a lot of people have completed it already so thanks for the responses.

Seeing as the link quickly gets lost within this thread and people keep asking me about it, the link once again is http://commentators.myclubontv.co.uk. Cheers!

Have to say I am a bit surprised that the MC game seems to be the one on BT Sport 2 and so will get the main presentation team whereas the Arsenal v PSG game is on BT Sport 3 and so will likely get the secondary game treatment.

That's no criticism necessarily of whoever's on the second game (I think the likes of Matt Smith and Lynsey Hipgrave are both good presenters) but I'd consider the latter game the bigger one and seems odd for BT not to put whoever they consider their 'main' team on it.

Especially as when you think of the first matchday, the PSG/Arsenal game was the main game over MC/Monchengladbach.

I suppose it depends on implications in getting to the last 16, hence the reason why some of the bigger looking games are getting the secondary treatment.

I like Jenas and Darke but both did slightly overreact to that penalty save earlier.

Last night's Champions League data hub experiment was a success and as a result will continue for a second evening! Thanks to everyone who chipped in.

Was anyone lucky enough to select Dortmund v Legia Warsaw as their choice of viewing last night?
Mark.

It really shouldn't have been a surprise given who was in goal for Legia Warsaw.
