Yes, having just watched the show in full I thought I'd better point that out! I missed the start of the programme when I was tracking the details on here, but of course it made sense to show the Fenerbache action before the Manchester United edit as the game in Turkey kicked off earlier due to the change in timezones.
One other thing to point out about ITV's Europa League highlights show, I'm pretty sure they showed all the goals from all of matchround five's games, which they don't usually do (they tend to show action from every game but perhaps only show two or three goals from high-scoring matches). Hopefully they can keep this up for the rest of the season.

I thought it was odd there only being the 7 Europa League games shown rather than the usual 8... or does it vary?”
It absolutely did - while I was checking the commentary details through the BT Sport website, coverage of both Internazionale and Athletic's games had the BT Sport Extra 2 DOG displayed on them, and at the conclusion of the former the commentators trailed that the latter was coming up, and they switched focus to San Mames after a commercial break on that stream.
Athletic v Sassuolo was also displayed on that eight-screen graphic that is periodically displayed on BT Sport's Champions League and Europa League coverage to highlight all the games they have available - they typically only provide their own commentary and coverage on eight Europa League games per Thursday matchday.
