Often pundits are accused of being bland and sitting on the fence.

Chris Sutton certainly cannot be described as one of those!

Never afraid to speak his mind or disagree with the men sitting next to him..

Not any thing dramatic but it seems like the 'Football Special' brand on Sky is no longer with the majority of Bank Holiday fixtures and midweek fixtures going under the 'Premier League Live' name now. Interestingly I have seen Sky's New Year's Day fixtures advertised under the 'PL Live' name despite those games being on Sunday...

Simon Thomas is presenting coverage of Watford V Everton with Thierry Henry & Joleon Lescott punditing. Greg Whelan is the reporter.

BT lineup for Score is getting even more interesting every week! Jermaine Jenas, Chris Sutton, Kevin Nolan, Dean Saunders and Chris Kirkland are watching the 3pm games today. The later is appearing on Goals On Sunday tomorrow as well.

Are Sky now showing that goal app download message twice per half?

Really smacks of desperation if they are.

That, graphical team line-ups, upcoming games. An extra ad-break at half-time...

If it were BT Sport....

Bit of a mix up at the start of the match, the picture switched to hull v crystal palace for about 20 seconds with Crocker and Carragher commentary from the other game going out over it. Joe Speight could be heard in the background.

Why are people trying to guess on the other website, who will be pundits and comms.
Someone put down wrong for the 12.30 match I'm sure they put parry and proven
Someone has put Danny Higginbotham as the football league pundit , clearly isn't right as the post before says so...
I think the person who hosts the other site, needs to put a block on people trying to guess..

Few goals for the boys on MOTD to talk about.

Our game against Everton will probably be last despite it being 3-2.

Peter Drury and Jim Beglin will commentate on Leicester City versus Manchester City tonight for the World Feed. No news as yet regarding tomorrow's match between Manchester United and Tottenham. I am guessing Peter Drury will commentate maybe again with Jim Beglin.

Jim Beglin has confirmed on Twitter that it's him and Peter Drury on those two matches.

Was Howard Webb left redundant again tonight? Pretty sure he didn't crop up on PL Tonight either. At least we have to assume that he was actually there - all we have to go on is him appearing in the graphic at the start of the match. You'd hope they don't just include him there even when he's not on duty... otherwise if he was in the truck, at some point someone must have told him "it's OK, Howard. You can go home now."

I have said before that action will be taken if this continues. The person in question is now on their final warning, which is generous considering they have ignored what I have said in this thread previously. I will nevertheless be looking to enforce a change which prevents anyone from adding any information until a after a programme starts or until after kick-off. This should put an end to a lot of this nonsense, as it would seem some people just can't help themselves.

Webb was in the truck for BT Sport Score too so was at least used some point today a few times!

Is it just me or are the BBC Sport graphics slightly different/changed on MOTD? Scorebar and the goal 'flash' graphic seems slightly taller/bigger. As do the other straps.
