I'd be surprised if that's not the case, we know GNev is co-comm possibly with Parry or Leslie

It's no different to Steve or The Lizard putting full details of a match in one post rather than half the lineup in multiple posts after other users have posted them.

Sorry, that was meant to have a at the end, apologies! I appreciate the added detail.

That has to be one of the worst first halves I've seen for a while! I've oened some wine now to help me during the 2nd half

Alan Green is doing the game for 5Live, I can't imagine what he's making of it!

Even Simon Thomas has essentially said its shit.

Don't insult the Scottish Premiership by comparing it to this dross.

I remember he did Boro v Watford earlier in the season too - won't be rushing back I suspect!

I remember listening to him on England/Algeria a few years ago. More entertaining than the match apparently was.

I have a hunch that this match may well be last on MOTD.

If your talking about Algeria vs England 2010 World Cup then even i remember that. Was probably the worst match I've ever watched

Like you I was skeptical. However one thing convinced me it's the real deal. Jim Beglin is a verified Twitter user. Beglin confirmed it's the real Champion yesterday on Twitter. He also mentioned they are in the process of getting Champion verified as the real Champion on Twitter.

Not only that, but Jon has already Tweeted this morning he's with David Prutton this morning on West Ham/Man U. Considering that the World Feed assignments for Monday haven't been published anywhere, then he's the only one that could know it.

Today's World Feed commentators for the Premier League:
Middlesbrough/Leicester City- Jim Proudfoot, Matt Holland

Sunderland/Liverpool- Kevin Keatings, Neil McCann

Manchester City/Burnley- Rob Palmer, Andy Walker

Everton/Southampton- Tony Jones, Andy Hinchcliffe

West Brom/Hull- Joe Speight, Garry Birtles

West Ham/Man U- Jon Champion, David Prutton

Please tell me I'm not imagining things, and the TV cameras used to be on the other side at Ewood Park (and very high up).

I used to really look forward to watching the football on TV on Saturday nights but it just isn't the same any more. By the time I've finished watching the Channel 5 Championship and League shows I seem to have had too much football to bother with MOTD – which just isn't the same since Hansen left. I also find that having recorded MOTD I skip all the post-match analysis, which never used to bother me as much as it does now.

Bit of an error from Leslie there initially calling the red card for a player on the wrong team.

Mistake from Leslie there - he said it was Phil Jones that was sent off.
