The odd thing is their CL coverage is on the whole rather good I thought (in comparison to the doomsday scenarios some of us - me included - were predicting).
Strong presenter, normally strong pundits, relatively gimmick-free and a good tone of coverage.
For me despite the criticism of Fletcher on here, I think Jake Humphrey is a bigger issue. He appears the most of probably anyone and is arguably 'the face of BT' but I just can't warm to him at all.

And to be fair all broadcasters have made some decidely odd decisions at times. This year alone we're had Mark Bowen thrown out of nowhere onto commentary for Wales's biggest match in years and nearly a dozen people involved on-screen for one Euros match.
Not saying BT don't make some awful decisions at times - they do - but plenty of other broadcasters do as well.
