Cheers! Was wondering if JC would be on a World Feed PL game this weekend or not, now explained.

Does anyone know who did Hull v Manchester United on the World Feed yesterday?

Good to see that Ian Darke has had his second World Feed game this weekend.

I hope he becomes a regular on games via that method.

For Saturday 3pm kickoffs on the world feed Premier League Productions there is a feature match with different commentary but includes 'Goals Rush' which crosses around the grounds as each goal goes in, or for major incidents like near goal misses or sendings off etc...and there is a separate commentary team for that game for those not wanting the around the grounds service...for 3pm games you can add picture in picture 3 other games to sit in mini clickable windows on the right side of screen so you can quickly switch between 4 total games as to which game is your full screen game...Darke did the Arsenal game which was the non Goals Rush commentary...Im not sure who the Goals Rush commentators are

In terms of world feed commentary, i like the pairings of Darke with Townsend and Drury with Beglin..I can see Darke and Drury doing 2 games each per weekend, then there is Champion, and also Tyler for most Monday night games

Seems like a nice lil' setup for World Feed (PLP) viewers!

And yes, the World Feed does have a decent set of commentators, Drury, Champion, Proudfoot, Tyler (Monday nights mainly) and now Darke back there. I hope ID is on at least 1 game a week in future.

In my opinion, Ian Darke is the 2nd best English football commentator, only behind Martin Tyler, and he should be doing regular games...its awesome to hear him again

The world feed service has really put in a great effort and improved majorly well...I got the 24/7 streaming PLP feed plus on demand service...I didnt think I would like an internet based Premier League coverage instead of it being on TV, but for me its great

I think hawthorne could be on every 4pm match till Chelsea v Manu on 23rd Oct. Every week until then sky have a bigger game in a different slot.

Sensible for sky to leave big super Sundays for the winter, when viewing peaks

Yeah, Ian Darke is one of my favourite commentators as well. Just glad to read that he's back on the World Feed. Also, keep on enjoying the new PLP service, it all seems great!

Is it not just John Dykes who does Goal Rush? I know he's the host who goes around the grounds when something happens and presume he's also the one who talks through what's going on.

All games are easily accessible online but this is a feature I think the UK is sadly lacking for the Premier League. It works well for Champions League on BT.

Yep totally agree, big gain for world feed, big loss for BT viewers.

It was never going to be that long before World Feed snapped him up just a shame the way BT have treated him over Prem commentaries.

Time will tell if he gets a game when BT have a Saturday and Sunday game or if, quite possibly, Fletcher may do both days.

It is John Dykes and Don Hutchison yesterday for Goal Rush. They basically commentate the game like regular commentary.

Thanks. Yeah so Saturdays there are basically 2 world feed commentary teams for the feature 3pm game...for the Arsenal game the Darke feed was goal spoiler free, Dykes feed was commentary plus crossing around the grounds as goals are scored. I can choose either live, but only the non goal spoiler commentary is offered as an on demand replay.

Dykes also hosts the Sunday matchday live studio, with Manish Bhasin hosting Fridays/Mondays and all 3 kickoff slots on Saturdays, as well as a 90 minute Sunday Supplement style show Football Today with journos Tuesdays or Wednesdays.

So far Andy Townsend is main studio pundit Saturdays for the early and late kickoff games but takes a break for the 3pm games. Two other pundits are used on Saturdays as well, with one doing the first two games, and one doing the last two games. Good variety of pundits so far...the likes of Schmeichel, Ferdinand, Wright, Hargreaves, Giggs, Phil Neville, Deeney, Shearer, Lehmann, Curbishley.

Doesn't look like it now, David Garrido is a good replacement though.
