If he finds out that someone doesn't like him, he will do things deliberately to mess them up. He finds it funny to upset and hurt people. Sounds a bit evil to me. Oh yes, I really dislike him and I think he is unpleasant but I just reserve the word evil for people like Hitler. Hehe. But I get what you mean - annoying somebody deliberately because you don't like them is ridiculous, and very nasty. Whatever happened to just behaving civilly, or ignoring them?
