As the title says really, Eastenders tonight I'm presuming was before 8am when it started as in the previous episode Kush had arranged to meet Denise at the park at 8am yet Roxy was up, dressed, make up on and everything. It's the same in all the soaps, characters sitting in the cafe at around 8am even on their days off.

I appreciate that 8am is a lie in to a lot of people (including myself) who work early or have children but I'm very rarely all ready to go, make up and hair immaculate by 8am whether it's my day off or not. These characters always seem to be out and about very early no matter what.

Not a criticism, just an observation 😊

They seem to fit a whole day in before the good residents of Summer Bay go to work!
It also annoys me is in soaps families all get up at the same time and have breakfast together. As if that happens in this day and age!

Well i think more families have breakfast together, as their lives is not as busy as ours

Plus the weather is a lot better than ours, so they do more as a family unit, than what we do in this country

Everyone's works, has loads of free time and yaps to half the neighbours. It's totally unrealistic

They always seem surprisingly alert at breakfast time too. I can barely get a few words out after getting up, even after a good night's sleep......it takes me a good hour or two to properly wake up.
