I think he is a bit creepy in the way your mate's Dad made you feel if he got a bit over friendly in a conversational way when you were a teenager. I wouldn't quite call him pervy though, I mean, she did flirt with him so I guess he was just flirting back but to us on the outside we could see she wasn't really interested so to us it seems creepy just coz he's older I guess. Probably a bit over confident due to his ability to get women in his past. Luckily most of us grow up and realise we are not as attractive to younger people like we once were but unfortunately some chaps and some gals don't.
