Skinny jeans went out of fashion in 2009. Very mainstream now. So for that reason Rylan looks very dated and past it.

Tbh, I can't imagine Rylan in a 'normal' pair of trousers.

Never mind the trousers, he is such an idiot. That bloke on the panel is a good guest, eloquent and thoughtful contributions. However, when he's trying to make a point, Rylan is just doing his Kenneth Williams on steroids impressions, talking over him and basking in the stupid audience adulation. Why doesn't Rylan just shut up when there are half decent panel guests and let them speak.

I love Rylan he's a breath of fresh air and can wear whatever he wants to.

They look bad enough on anyone over about 24 but they make him look like a eunuch.

This. I was interested to hear what Olivier something had to say as he usually quite eloquent and measured with his opinion.

Cue the shrill, camp, over the top gurning and prancing... idiote!

Something is off with what Rylan wears. Not sure if it's the shoes or the trousers?

Yes, I was frustrated that we didn't ever get to hear his points in full.

Sorry, no comment about the skinny jeans, but I'm interested to know what will be in next, as fashion always goes in cycles

Best throw mine away then - I am 74

PS until my daughter tells me I look ridiculous in them, I will continue to wear them. Age is just a number!

That was infuriating. I wanted to hear Philip Olivier's thoughtful, well-expressed views, not Rylan and idiots in the audience shrieking and yelling inanities. Maybe they were afraid PO would make a good point that would not support the party line.

ETA - To stay on topic, it's not that Rylan is too old for skinny jeans, it's that he's too skinny for skinny jeans.
