At first I thought good on Renee for recognising Bear was a loose cannon and keeping him on side but, given her background, would she really think he's significant enough to carry out covert operations....and why, if that was her plan, has she revealed these so soon? They were cutting the sound last night because Saira and Frankie were singing/dancing - they always cut it for that due to copyright.

Again, I feel she fancied a bit of a flirtation with him, but purely because it would gain her air-time. She and some others were talking about showmances and air-time the other day, she knows the lay of the land, coming from reality TV.

I think she likes Bear as he is the only one who hasn't been completely petrified of her. He called her a drama queen on only the second day, I doubt any of the other housemates would of even spoke to her by then. Renee will probably respect him as he speaks his mind.

Same here, although we only see a bit of their day and they must all be using it as he said something to Bear or somebody when they were arguing the other night 'what happened to the squad?' or something along those lines. They all seem to agree that they are some kind of group or 'squad'.

I find it hard to believe they aren't doing anything. I think they are not being shown. From what i hear about Frankie, i can't imagine he will be in there and do nothing.
What we have seen of Ricky - mainly from clips though I think - he is speaking out and he's not sitting on the fence. I'd prefer to see more of them rather than the dreary Marnie Lewis Bear or Grant story lines.
What little we have seen on LF suggests other stuff is going on in there but so far they are choosing to show just a select few. I hope they move on from this. I feel like I'm watching Towie.

When was that then? I feel you may be projecting - there's no reason for anybody to be petrified of her. Yes, on LF we are seeing a lot more of what's going on between others, although even last night the whole situation seemed to have been about Bear and Heavy - yet again!
Well now they know how James and Saira felt. It was fine while it was happening to others and gave them all a reason to nominate James.

She is still a really strong character, I meant that Bear is the only one who has pushed boundaries a little. When he called her a drama queen, i expected her to go wild in all honesty. Judging by the live feed though, Bear upsets her in tonight's show.

People keep telling me she's a strong character, but we aren't being shown much of that. She seems to be sleeping a lot, vomiting a lot, doing very little and talking some about her surgeries. Nothing aggressive or fear-inducing about much of that
I don't know her or anybody from any of their other shows though, so I have no pre-conception of her behaviour, although I do have opinions on the glorification of a member of the mafia!

Exactly this, this is why we cannot really judge most of the characters when we don't get any LF in the civilian BB! Hence why when they leave and we see their highlights it's like looking at a completely different person. It's obvious the producers have their favourites and they show us what they want us to see the majority of the time! This is why I will never spend a fortune on voting like some do!
I am not a big Renee fan, I think she is using a lot of the English girls and was definitely using Bear to get air time and to stop them nominating her. I think if a few of them get on the wrong side of her we will see her crack and lose her temper. She comes from a completely different background to most of them and has not been linked to the mafia world for nothing! I think a lot of the young girls will be intimidated by her!
