Slumber Party isn't too bad and If I'm Dancing I quite like but it's spoilt for me by that stupid male voice shouting 'stick' or whatever he's saying all the way through! What is the point of that, it sounds ridiculous!!”

They're actually two of my favourite songs on the album I love Just Like Me as well and I haven't decided about Slumber Party. If I'm Dancing seems to have become a bit of an internet meme. I really don't like Private Show or What You Need and Clumsy isn't all that good either. Undecided about Invitiation. Britney's voice sounds a bit different on it.

Another thread I'm on shows Britney's UK sales for Glory as 10,123 with 8,819 being CD Sales and 1,304 being streaming sales where Barbra was 19,723 on sales with just 55 streams.

I'm expecting a quite a tumble for Britney this week. I've read on Breath Heavy the Britney section that someone from the UK said that in the midweek Britney had fallen to 34. Although I doubt there is truth in that especially seen as it was posted on Sunday. I don't think midweek charts are posted that early also we will find out officially when the chart update comes out. When I checked last night she had fallen into the 60s in the ITunes album chart but she is back up to 57 now.

She could see a surge in her sales when she plays the ITunes festival later this September. Which will see her do old hits plus a couple of new songs. Hopefully she'll have selected a second single by then either that or it will turn into a mini Piece of Me with Make Me and Do You Wanna Come Over. If her team want good sales or even longevity in the chart then she'll need to do more promo. I know she's in Vegas through October and November so she can maybe tape something for the likes of Alan Carr or Graham Norton or when she's finished do some promo with them and maybe and X Factor Performance. The final is on the 10th December so could do that or the week before or the one before that. Could help her sales especially in the run up to Christmas. Although I don't see that happening I think her team will be more concentrated on the US Market rather than worldwide.

I like Just Like Me in fact I like the whole album. It's one of her best well I think. I can see the video of Just Like Me as well with her walking in a house and passing a TV with Justin Timberlake's Cry Me A River playing on it. The bits with the Britney lookalike when she sing "She Looks Just Like Me".

I'm not a fan (as in listening to her albums) but I listened to Glory a couple of times today and I really like it.

I hope she has some success with it.

I'm still trying with this album. Giving it another listen. Her voice is all over the place on "Private Show" though it does get stuck in my head, strangely, I can't decide if I like it or not.

Maybe with a few more listens the album will grow on me. It still doesn't top Blackout.

I do like this album but I don't love it. Too many tracks I skip, whereas I hardly skipped any on FF, Circus and Blackout. I listened to Britney Jean once and never again, dreadful album.

I really like Liar, Change your Mind, Clumsy, DYWTCO, Slumber Party, Better and a few others but Just Like Me gets a bit annoying after repeated listens (I find its structure jarring, the second verse is too short and the chorus is unimaginative) and a couple of others just irritate like Private Show and Invitation.

Coupure Electrique is awful. Just terrible. Her French accent is atrocious, I'm a fluent French speaker and I couldn't even understand what she was singing half the time and my bf who is Belgian burst out laughing when I played it to him. I love me some Britney, she's been my guilty pleasure for years but whoever told her this song was a good idea is nuts. I was so excited to hear it too as it's something completely different from her. However in this case, the risk did not pay off. Being different is a good thing, but it should still be well executed.

Wonder what she will perform? I can't stand Jonathan Ross but I'm gonna watch it when it's on because of Britney. I would be a bad fan if I didn't

I'm just gonna say this right now, if she's going to lip-synch to a CD like she does in Vegas, then she needs to not bother promoting in the UK, she will be absolutely RIPPED TO SHREDS if she lip-synchs at both this and the Apple Festival. It'll do more harm than good.

I highly doubt she would as people just won't be too surprised. People have a soft spot for britney even if they don't admit it.

Well it's most likely she will. If she can lip sync for several months of the year to a high paying audience in Las Vegas, then lip syncing at a British music festival will be a walk in the park for her.

The funny thing is that the media and her fans let her get away with it. But anyone else gets a bollocking.

Not a fan of her as a performer as I think she's complete and utter crap, a disaster. However, she does have a few banging songs. Does anyone know if it's true though that she hates 'Sometimes' and has vowed to never perform it again? I remember hearing that a while ago. Only reason I say that is because it briefly re-entered the iTunes chart the other day after someone on the X Factor performed a slowed down version of the song.

She apparently said it on the Dream Within a Dream Tour after performing it as part of a medley with Lucky and Born To Make You Happy. IIRC she walked off the stage, presumably to change her costume again, and she could be heard saying 'I never liked that song anyway.' I could be wrong on it though as I haven't watched that tour for a long time. She never did perform it again after that tour or at her Vegas residency. If it's true I can see why. It's a nice song but it's a very cheesy teenybopper song.

I think it sounds a bit like one of her other songs, 'Seal It With A Kiss' from Femme Fatale.

Almost. She didn't perform it, she was saying as the show ended "I forgot to do Sometimes" or words to that effect & as she's leaving she says "I never liked that song anyway".

It's a cute song though.

Slumber Party announced as the second single. There will be a new version with Tinashe. She has been recording the video over the last few days.
