I won't be eating humble pie because 3 of these songs are still terrible regardless of the rest of the album. I hope you're right though, can't wait to hear it!!

Wow, amazing album!

So, so happy for her, I know the album isn't technically supposed to be out yet, but all reviews and feedback I've seen so far has been massively positive, after the disaster that was BJ I am so pleased she has completed rebounded with such a terrific album.

I never really post on here anyway as you can probably tell. Just thought I'd share it, just hoping that those who are listening to it and enjoying it actually support her and buy it. But I'm amazingly happy with how well she's done!

I have listened to it and I'm still gonna buy it on Friday. I have preordered it. I've gotta say it's a really good album and much better than Britney Jean. It's totally different from other Britney albums and is definitely in my top three, but Blackout is still my favourite Britney album and always will be.

What kind of style is it?

I've got to number 8 so far and not liked any bar DYWCO.

It doesn't even sound like Britney on Invitation. But i do like it and I think it is a very strong album opener. And then Make Me works really well as a follow on for track 2.

The first 6 tracks are the weakest on the album. It baffles me how they got picked to open the album. It picks up mid way but only slightly, then tails off again at the end. The strongest tracks so far IMO are DYWCO, Just Like Me and Love Me Down, the latter 2 being my favourites. 3 good tracks on the new album, I don't think it's better than Britney Jean overall, but these 3 tracks are great. Most of the rest is unlistenable it's so bad. These 3 are great though.

I will give it more of a chance to grow though cos I love Britney Nothing I would class as proper club bangers.

Her vocals are all over the place on Private Show. But i like the song.

I am really liking the album with each song based on one listen

Main issue is her vocals. Not even editing can seem to cover up how awful her vocals are on this album.

I just can't get enough of this album, it's just so right. It's her best album since Blackout for sure (even though Circus and FF were also great). She sounds so much more passionate, vocally she hasn't sounded this strong since In the Zone, the experimentation of her vocals on this is SO quintessentially Britney, her raw voice and tone are so unique and beautiful. The album is so cohesive, and yet, there a lot of different styles of music here, I think what glues them all together is the similarity in lyrical content, she sounds confident and present. On FF she sounded like a robot and on BJ well she wasn't even present on some of the songs, it's like she's a new artist. THIS is the album she's been wanting to release ever since Mona Lisa back in 2005. And now it's here! It's just a shame this album will probably go largely unnoticed by the public, because it deserves the lot. Grammy's Brits, VMA's etc.

Even if this is the case, I don't think anyone needs to be eating any humble pies because those tracks that we've heard so far are pretty terrible.

I was planning on waiting until next week and listen to it on Apple Music but I'm gonna give it a listen now instead.

I think it's a really good album personally. Very impressed.

I like the album pleasantly suprised had a quick listen previewing snippets of each track will listen to it properly on Friday but liked most of the songs,

I'm listening to the album right now. I really like "Invitation" and "Man On The Moon". Excellent songs. "Do You Wanna Come Over" has grown on me a bit, although I still think the chorus lets it down. "Just Like Me" is another song that I think has good verses but the chorus lets it down a bit. "Just Luv Me" and "Slumber Party" aren't too bad but they don't really grab me much. I need to hear them again. I still cannot stand "Clumsy", "Private Show" or "Make Me" and I think "Love Me Down" is monotonous and annoying. I haven't heard the rest of the album yet.

So out of the first 10 tracks I really like 2 songs and don't mind another 2. The rest I'm either not overly keen on, on first hearing, or really can't stand! Hmm, hopefully I'll like some of 7 songs I've yet to hear.

I've now listened to the last 7 tracks. "Hard To Forget Ya" doesn't really grab me much. Part of it reminds me of another song but I can't think which, off-hand. I'm sure it will come to me. Maybe it's a grower.

"What You Need". Hmm, not sure what to think of it. The song itself is quite good but the tone of Britney's voice on parts of it is really annoying. That helium like voice again! Yet on other parts with the deeper voice it sounds nothing like Britney! Is she duetting with someone on that song or has lots of backing singers or is it all her own voice? Either way I quite like the song but wish she would stop with the helium vocals!

"Better" is ok but doesn't grab me on first listen. I guess it's still "better" than most of the songs on Britney Jean but I guess that isn't saying much!

"Change Your Mind" isn't bad, probably a grower.

"Liar" - now we're talking! 10 out of 10! Love this song. Really catchy, killer chorus, she HAS to release this as a single. Britney at her best. Why on earth has it been stuck on the deluxe version only?! Anyone who buys the standard edition won't get to hear this great track! I really do hope it becomes a single.

"If I'm Dancing" is a bit different and I would like it a lot more if it wasn't for that repetitive male voice saying "Stick" or "Stig" (or whatever it is he's saying, I can't make it out!) throughout the song! It's so annoying and adds nothing to the song! I like the rhythm of the song and think it's quite catchy overall. It's just that "Stick" voice that lets it down for me.

"Coupure Electrique" - I love this! She sounds like Mylene Farmer (one of my fave artists)! Never thought I'd ever be saying Britney sounds like Mylene, lol! It's very different for Britney. I wonder what made her want to do an entire song in French? I wish the song was longer, it finishes far too quickly. One of my faves on the album.

One thing I'm relieved about with the album is that it isn't full of rent-a-rappers on every other track! After "Make Me" I was afraid she was going to go down that route but thankfully she hasn't. If there's one thing that turns me right off a song it's a pointless rent-a-rapper mumbling all over it! Overall there's several songs on the album I'm not that keen on but I think (or hope!) some may grow on me and tracks like "Liar", "Man On The Moon", "Invitation" and "Coupure Electrique" make up for the poorer tracks. I wasn't sure I would be buying the album, based on the 4 tracks she's released so far but there's enough on it I like to make me buy it, which I'm pleased about. A big improvement on Britney Jean!
