It's a huge moment in Irish history! We were under British rule and our whole culture was taken from us! The lives of those who fought for our independence are celebrated as well as receiving independence! To those from Ireland and who take great pride in our nationality and history, it is probably one of the most significant points in history!

Yes...yes it is.

If you think any struggle for any kind of freedom came without bloodshed, violence and the rest, then you best think again.

Then again, maybe you are part of the old British Empire status, i.e., sun never sets etc.

Quite simply, every country should have freedom and no other country should have rights thereof.
