HIV cannot be spread by saliva.

Yes it was unacceptable behaviour but with the actions of Bear i'm afraid I have no sympathy.

'Although HIV can be detected in saliva, it can't be passed to other people through kissing because a combination of antibodies and enzymes found naturally in saliva prevent HIV from infecting new cells.'

exactly. All it needs it a microscopic amount of blood in the saliva for HIV to be contracted

I would assume all h/m have a medical before entering the house, i would assume BB has all necessary information from h/m regarding any personal health issues. The fact BB did not stop it shows they knew HIV was impossible.

It is possible as you say if there was a mouth wound to pass HIV but that method of transmission is extremely unlikely.
