Surely they have people watching at all times, in case things get out of hand in any way? That's why someone always gets called into the diary room as soon as an argument is getting a bit too heated.

I think it maybe the ceiling cameras and not the manned ones behind the mirrors that caught this. I would have to watch it again to be sure.

They are being filmed 24/7 so they wouldn't have needed to do that .

These producers really are pieces of work, they were probably laughing their heads off at it and then issued the slap on the wrist after. It also plays in Bear's favour, it will help generate sympathy for him which suits producers. Its all contrived.

Of course BB could have stopped the prank at source, just as they could have when high jinx in the bedroom in a recent BB got out of hand and ended with somebody being ejected from the house. A simple message over the tannoy would have prevented the whole thing.

I think they didn't see in the gallery. There's more screens in the gallery than staff. It's likely they only saw it after when gathering footage or editing stuff.

One of them does a commando roll and then in slow motion Bear lifts the sandwich to his mouth. The closest security guard does a huge balletic leap shouting "nooooooooo!" in a slowed down distorted voice, his outstretched fingers just inches from the sandwich.

Bear takes one bite before it's swiped out of his hand, while another guard shoves Aubrey face first against a wall, hands behind her back. Amidst the horror, noone notices that Heavy D has uncharacteristically moved like shit off a shovel and wolfed the evidence.

On the HL show tonight we heard BB call Bear to the DR about three or four times before he actually went - perhaps he was finishing his sandwich first.
