After today I can see her being put up for eviction and then being evicted. Is there anything to stop this from happening?

By the time of the next eviction I'm sure much more will have happened and this will be basically forgotten about. There seems to be a new drama between different people every day.

I do think she'll pick up nominations because of it though.

Not at all. To be evicted she has to be nominated. She won't be because the majority of housemates like her. It's simple really. No matter how loud some may scream for her to go, she's going nowhere at least for a few weeks. And she still gets paid regardless, so it's win-win for the lovely Aubrey.
