I don't think he has any condition, as such, other than very low intelligence and slow processing. Not everyone is bright. Marnie also demonstrates very low intelligence, but because she has a pretty face, it's seen as cute by some. Don't for the life of me understand why.

There are many websites that show it live online if that's what you mean - I don't get 5* on my Freeview because we are only serviced by a relay transmitter, so I use http://www.watchfreeview.com/ to watch Freeview channels I can't get.
If you mean is anybody out there recording the LF and putting it online, that I don't know.
