Before the spitting incident, I thought she seemed to be a very nice girl. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, even a two year old wouldn't behave like that. She should have been evicted from the house.

Why doesn't anyone just say 'I'm sorry, i acted like a jerk and i apologise' anymore? Why do we have to have such convoluted, long winded, excuse apologies now?

More than likely because she isn't in the least sorry. The more words she uses the more she probably thinks that'll excuse her hideous behaviour.
