Lewis, Heavy and Bear coming under the microscope of disapproving people but their actions have been mainly verbal and of the "wind up" variety.
The "Squad" was a response to the patronising and contemptuous manner of, initially, James and Saira. Saira was like a prissy manager at a raucous team building weekend with an "I'll ask the questions, thank you very much!" attitude. James was sitting things out and uninvolved but made damning comment and high handed remarks toward the "Squad". James's voice might sound like its from a cigar advert but he has the IQ of a limpet and the "Squad" sniffed that out. Even Ricky's "advice" to Heavy D, though needed, was fairly presumptious.
Aubrey's spitting has convinced me that the "snobs versus squad" line is the division in the house. The squad have said and joked in shocking ways but the violence - spitting, throwing coffee, goading, was all started by the snobs.
The "snobs" see themselves as above the social class and kind of reality show the "squad" are from and this will be the pervasive theme of the series. I think it is the best yet.
