Grant is a non-entity celebrity though. At least James has a pre existing fanbase. I think he will get the older people vote and beat Grant.

I don't think there'll be many votes - either could go.

Why would that snog make you vote for Grant
I'm voting to save James now just in case I have to see Grant snogging anyone else

I think it is going to be a lot closer than people realise. Grant's odds are drifting whilst James' odds are shortening. They will be very close by tomorrow I reckon.

I really hope a desperate gay snog isn't enough to sway people
I mean Grant's intentions were so blatant that I actually found it offensive.

Grant has the look of a serial killer, hope he leaves. Even my cat shuffles out of the room when he appears on the screen

I doubt most will suddenly find Grant interesting after that, or think he did that out of any deeper interest in Frankie, or as some revelation regarding his sexuality. He and Frankie have barely shared any screen time up till that point, so their have zilch storyline and most viewers will see it for what it was. If he were to survive over James I doubt Grant would dramatically change his behaviour, or repeat that with Frankie when had shown no interest in him (in that sense) before. Sure, Grant may have had in his mind it would get people's attention and possibly make him look like there's more to him, but I think most that had made their minds up about him will still think too little too late to make a difference now. Maybe I'm wrong and giving viewers too much credit. People who are clued up wouldn't think Bear kissing Marney or Chloe, or Lewis kissing Marney, Chloe kissing bear or Marney, or Marney kissing Chloe, Bear or Lewis would be anything special, so why would Grant (who is viewed as a love rat) kissing Frankie suddenly seem different for viewers. Grant likely wouldn't be doing that all the time post surving (if did get saved), so anyone thinking of keeping him on that hope is likely wasting their vote. |
