for spitting in the food and drink. I remember a few years ago a contestant spat in someones face and was thrown out immediately. What she did was much worse - also bb did nothing to stop it unless they did not see the film until it was too late

Contractual obligation?

CBB probably paid her a big fee. She's an horrendous individual, was even worse on Celebrity Apprentice. Lol @ her saying Pauly D is going to beat Bear up for her, he dumped her already.

I couldn't believe her going on about how disrespectful Bear is in the DR in tonight's show when she gobbed in somebody else's food and drink.

That should have been considered a threat imo. They also let her continuously get away with discussing nominations. I couldn't stand her on Celebrity Apprentice (horrible bully).

We don't know. I still think bear played a prank on her and she was getting her own back. It was still unacceptable behaviour but BB might have information we don't.

I think it's probably because half the production staff thing she's called Audrey, so when discussion came to whether to remove Audrey from the house they looked at the list and noticed there was nobody there of that name so assume she's already left.

Why wasn't Ricky thrown out for seeing what Aubrey did, but not saying anything?

Because while what she did may not have been pleasant, she did it to someone who had a hand in pure psychological playground bullying on a man 30+ his senior. Bear had it coming.

Bear, other cockney guy, Marney etc all make me sick in my mouth.

Yes Bear does have it coming but other HMs are not empowered to bring this into effect. Personally I loathe Bear and Lewis and it will be interesting to hear what the crowd shout out tonight, I fear there will be cheers..

Why not? I would've done the same thing, dog eat dog and all that.

I think Lewis (thank you) is much worse than Bear. Bear's a psychopath but at least he's more intelligent than he appears, Lewis is just a walking cliche through and through. I've never seen someone try so aggressively hard to be "geezer" in all my life.

I think there was certainly more to this - none of the other HMs who saw, stopped her and she mentioned that Bear had been horrible to them all - plus last night we find out Bear has had multiple warnings by BB.

It was a vile thing to do but what has to happen for someone to be pushed to that?

I know it's ridiculous to put it mildly. Real "geezers" do not behave like that, if anything menacing is under-stated, makes it far more scary. Would love to witness Lewis' behaviour if he were placed in the company of such men and women, he would very soon know his place amongst those faces...

Why isn't the contract half pay if you're thrown out? That'd make them think.

It would make them think but not in way you are implying.
No contract would ever be drafted in those terms. I won't name names but there are certain "celebrities" who will go in, kick off as hard as possible as soon as they are down the stairs on the first night and get themselves ejected for unacceptable behaviour, ending up with half of their fee for 30 minutes in the house .. ?

Well for starters BB allowed Bear to eat the food instead of calling Aubrey to the diary room immedietly ! So how on earth could BB have taken the moral high ground by removing her ?
Either way I do not think anybody should be removed unless they consistently bully, are physically violent to another housemate or make genuine threats of violence.
The audience has got so sensitive now, but I guess C5 have done themselves no favours with their picking and choosing who gets removed and the obsession with formal warnings. Aaron from timebomb for example.

So, what they are saying is that it's ok to spit in someone's food and drink, but you only get one go?

They should definitely make that rule more explicit. I'm not sure all the HMs realise that they get one freebie.
