The interesting thing with Marnie on that clip is that she considers Lewis a gentleman - because it shows what kind of guys she's been out with before if only she realised! She does, for all her hedonistic lifestyle, seem rather a sad girl when you catch her in repose, she also seems to have rather a low self-esteem.

I do wonder if living that kind of life and having to be 'on' whilst filming a show such as hers doesn't wear you down after a time, much as they seek to continue that kind of lifestyle as long as possible. I feel it ages them rather quickly, jades them.

ETA: I also meant to say that, when she's just hanging around and chatting with other housemates than the 'squad', which she does do more than Lewis or Bear - they all seem to like her and she is coming over as a nice, likeable person when acting normally and being her age.

At least we know there is actual intelligent conversation happening somewhere in the house.

It's like the weeds are overgrown, starving the real plants of day light. This is why livestream is so important.

Talking about how animals shouldn't kept in captivity and we should go to their natural habitat if we want to see them, cut to; so do stick your finger up your arse?

The reality lot have nothing to offer apart from spite and aggression.

I agree, live feed is so very important to see the real relationships that are forming and interactions that are happening, rather than a bunch of peter pans who think about sex 24/7.

I know that these days a lot of viewers think it should all be about the drama, so this is what we are shown, when really a bit of variety makes the drama more interesting. Drama constantly makes it dull. Variety is, indeed, the spice of life.

I made an analogy a while back about hollywood films, yes, special effects and explosions are good and all but if no one cares about your characters then there's no connection to the drama you're trying to create.

I also like salad with my pizza.

I absolutely agree with you regarding films - I've said exactly those words myself. If you don't care about the characters then it's just a load of special effects and words.

Oh my god, did anybody listen to their conversations in the pool last night, I'm not saying I'm a snob or a prude but those 4 have no class about them at all, Marnie asking Bear if he sticks his finger up his anus when he masturbates, Bear trying to tell us Chloe was trying to feel him up in the pool, Lewis constantly telling us about his sexual conquests, Chloe looking on like she had found Mr right (she didn't say much but then again never really does). Compare their conversation to the one being said in the bedroom so different. Is that all these chavs talk about sex and smut all the time, they must be sooo thick, I feel for their parents. Do they forget there are cameras watching them and microphones around and they are on national TV.

They're an eloquent bunch

I am not a prude either, but if that is all somebody has to offer by way of conversation, it is dire to say the least. Lewis is more intelligent than they are (which is not too difficult), but his taste leaves a lot to be desired.

"He tret me like a fukcing lady"

She probably didn't say that but it doesn't feel that far off. The quote is from the Fat Slags in Viz.

Totally bleedin' useless and can't even get jiggy with each other.
Wasps - totally bleedin' useless and spiteful with it (a bit like Lewis & Bear I suppose)

Maybe she should watch Towie, especially the way he spoke to Lauren.

Wasps eat a lot of garden pests.

The latest science suggests that wasps are responsible for yeast biodiversity with important implications for ecology.
