i get bt infinity 2 at the moment my contract runs out oct 6th,can i go back to infinity 1,been trying to phone bt all morning(usual message were very busy ect)

bt are impossible to contact/i have phoned at 8.05 in the morning and still that droning voice saying we are very busy/at 8.05? must all be complaing i think /then after waiting at least 15mins you get cut off.terrible service from bt
