Week 20 gets underway with all 56 players predicting ahead of the opening fixture:

Middlesbrough v Leicester City
We have 21 players going for a home win here, 21 going for a draw and 14 for an away win. The 1-1 draw is the most popular prediction as 15 of us have gone for that. There are also four players going for a goalless draw. 9 players have backed Middlesbrough to win 2-1, 9 have gone for 1-0 and three players have gone for them to win 2-0. There are 7 players going for a 1-0 Leicester win, five going for 2-1 and two players have gone for them to win 2-0. We have two players going for an uber-max prediction and both have gone for a 2-2 draw.

MinkyJoe was the only player who went for Everton to beat Southampton 3-0 to claim bouble points. The third goal was a cowpat so he also gains a +8 pat, whilst DimbleBurbleby, lauro and tso each suffered a -3 pat having gone for a 2-0 win. In total 31 players scored 2 points from the home win.

dgsmith and WoodsMonk both went for a 2-1 Man City win against Burnley. Everyone else went for a City win here.

MinkyJoe was the only player to go for a 2-2 draw between Sunderland and Liverpool and so claims a double uber-max. anap, Renegade Master and Simon1984 were the only other players to go for a draw.

Cissy Fairfax, Croctacus, DimSum, fatsi and taurus_67 each got an uber-max courtesy of West Brom beating Hull 3-1. 47 players scored 2 points from this match.

The top scorers so far today are:

MinkyJoe 28
taurus_67 13
Cissy Fairfax 11
dgsmith 11
Terrence Chant 11
TruffleShuffle 11
WoodsMonk 11
Croctacus 11
DimSum 9
Fish Go Deep 9
fatsi 9
dyer24 8
Simon1984 8
anap 8
clarky323 8
DimbleBurbleby 8
eugenespeed 8
neilwatson 8
Partyanimal 8
yakutz 8

MinkyJoe dominates the leaderboard as the only player to claim two exacts (1 max and 1 uber-max), both of which were double pointers

anap, clarky323, dgsmith, DimbleBurbleby, dyer24, eugenespeed, MinkyJoe, neilwatson, Partyanimal, Simon1984, taurus_67, Terrence Chant, TruffleShuffle, WoodsMonk and yakutz have all gained points from 4 of the 5 matches played so far

Given the time of year, shouldn't that be bauble points?

I missed last night's matches but here are the details

Remarkably, Cissy Fairfax correctly predicted the 3-3 draw between Bournemouth and Arsenal. The Arsenal equaliser was a cowpat goal, so not only does he get a double uber-max he also claims only the +14 cowpat of the season. This is the only the fifth time in the history of our competition that someone has successfully called a 3-3 draw.

anap, clm2071, DanManF1, davethecue, Renegade Master, tonypennys, TruffleShuffle, U.R.Correct, uls2000 and yakutz were the other players who went for a draw and gained a +2 cowpat.

There was also a cowpat goal as Swansea won 2-1 at Crystal Palace. U.R.Correct was the only player to back Swansea to win and also got the result spot on to claim 10 points. The Swansea winner also meant a +10 cowpat.

Cuishla, davethecue, dazc, DimbleBurbleby, dosanjh1, familyguy8904, fatsi, lauro, Mark F, Matthartlane, MinkyJoe, Partyanimal, Tokyo, Trmcg5, tso, U.R.Correct, waitey93 and yakutz all went for Stoke to beat Watford 2-0 in the night's other match.

With just the Spurs-Chelsea match remaining from week 20 the top scorers this week are now:

MinkyJoe 33
Cissy Fairfax 27
U.R.Correct 23
taurus_67 17
tso 16
fatsi 16
DimbleBurbleby 15
Partyanimal 15
Terrence Chant 15
TruffleShuffle 15
WoodsMonk 15
yakutz 15
Croctacus 15
anap 14
DimSum 13
Cuishla 13
dgsmith 13
Hibs-kid-2007 13
lauro 13
Mark F 13
Tokyo 13
Trmcg5 13

MinkyJoe is the only player with 3 exacts (2 maxes and an uber-max). Cissy Fairfax has 2 ubers from this round, whilst fatsi has a max and an uber-max. tso and U.R.Correct are the other players with 2 exacts (both havng 2 normal maxes).

anap is the only player to have gained points from 7 of the 9 matches played so far

For the final week 20 match (and the 4000th match during the history of this competition):

Tottenham Hotspur v Chelsea
17 players have gone for a home win, 25 have gone for a draw and 14 players have gone for an away win. 12 players have gone a 2-1 Spurs win and four have gone for them to win 1-0. There are 11 players going for Chelsea to win 2-1 and two going for them to win 1-0. We also have 11 players going for a 1-1 draw, whilst one player has gone for it to finish goalless. 11 of the 15 uber-max predictions are for a 2-2 draw, whilst each of the 3-1 Spurs win, the 3-2 Chelsea win and the 3-3 and 4-4 draws have all been selected once.
