The Fence Sitters

Katie and Fatboy. Totally pointless. I can't put Sam in this category because I think she's just generally a nice person who's level headed and gets on with everyone but these two they bring absolutely nothing to the party. For me, Fatboy us the worst offender because he's just an absolute tool pretending not be.

Katie could have been so much more...she's on a mission to "redeem herself" and im not even sure what shes meant to be redeeming herself from?

So she's on her best behaviour, which is a huge disappointment.

Yeah Ricky is pretending to be the nice guy yet not sticking up for anyone. Totally fake.

When they're too cowardly to let us glimpse their true character there's generally a very good reason for it. The most seemingly inoffensive people are often those with the most to hide...though sometimes they are just naturally boring or shy. Not the case with these HM's though I would suggest.

And Fatboy is definitely hiding a cringey sleazy side. I wonder who is the real him

Just be grateful there's at least a small few of them who don't erupt at the slightest thing and throw a nuclear hissy fit.

Serious question, is Ricky still there? I haven't seen him for days whether its sitting on a fence or doing much else?

Just spotted him in the store room. Apparently in likes wine & isn't currently sitting on a fence

Disappointed in Katie.

In forum cliche terms they are wallpaper rather than fence-sitters.

Fence-sitters can win, wallpaper can't.

The fence sitters couldn't bring themselves to climb down and back Sam fox tonight, she was so good to call bear out on his selfishness .. He went bright red and wanted to lose the head but couldn't as he's been warned to watch his temper and he probably doesn't want another stand off with a giant security guard haha

Well done Sam X she's found her voice X lovely girl

BIB - Ricky is the one HM who has done that. He was the one who told Heavy D off for the way he had spoken about Chloe, telling him it was offensive to refer to her as 'that'. Since we rarely see Ricky, this (plus the chat he had with James about conservation on last night's live feed) made me think that he is probably a lot more interesting and likable than those HMs who are heavily featured, but we are not getting to see it.

But he never speaks up in the moment when it matters the most. Yeah he gave Heavy D a bit of a dressing down when it was just them. He's looking to not ruffle feathers as much as possible.

Seeing him on SOTS he always has come across as quite cocky and opinionated. Doesn't seem like we are seeing this side of him on the show.
