More like Boar and Colin's behaviour is so oppressive that they are literally bullying every one else into apathy/submission.

1, I'll do what I like thanks and 2 because the show is a travesty that appears to be aiming for the basic, brain-dead masses. The only people who like this toxic sh*t are people who are toxic themselves.
And yeah it's bullying, not listening to people, deliberately antagonising and distressing people and shouting at them when they try to talk about it is bullying. Using threatening behaviour and aggression is bullying.
