The severity of warnings, and the view BB takes of continuing to do what you were told not to, depends on what the HM's doing. Biggins repeat offences were the sort that add up to being thrown out, while something like Amanda breaking 50 mics in bb8 wasn't.
So it
was what he said, in a way, but not any one of those things on it's own.
It's rather like Ken being thrown out of CBB 15. From Wikipedia:
"On Day 4, Ken received a formal warning for using unacceptable and offensive language and on Day 6, he was removed from the House for repeatedly using this language."
